What do you like best about Siteimprove?

Having a dedicated account representative that either gets the answers to our questions quickly, or connects us to the qualified resource to address our needs. It's more like a partnership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Siteimprove?

Some reporting and policy customization still needs to be done through the technical support team like using Regex in policy rules. But they are quick to provide the service and thoughtful on how they solve your reporting needs. Would also like more fields in LookerStudio connector. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very user friendly"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Siteimprove?

Siteimprove gives me a quick and easy to understand list of things I can do to improve my website. It is very easy to navigate. The errors are very clearly outlined and it even offers suggestions in many cases on how to fix things. If you have industry specific terms, it allows you to dismiss what it might think are spelling errors. With the suggestions I have received, I have been able to find and fix all the broken links on my site. I use Siteimprove on nearly a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Siteimprove?

I do not love all the accessibility suggestions it offers. Some of them are just wrong. For example it tells me that I don't have a text alternative on a link when the link itself is text, not an image or something. Why would I need a text alternative to text? "Excellent Software and Middling Service"
3/5
What do you like best about Siteimprove?

The software is robust - Siteimprove is known for ADA compliance, but we primarily rely on it for analytics. It's feature-rich and makes it easy for us to get a ton of useful information about our website and digital campaigns. We've also found value in the quality assurance feature that alerts us automatically to broken links, misspellings, etc. It also analyzes our site for performance, which has helped us as we work with our developers to improve our site speed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Siteimprove?

Because it is so feature-rich, it can be a little difficult to learn at first. There's just a ton of tools and information available, so it can be intimidating. They have been frequently changing the interface and features, removing functionality we relied on with zero consolation. The service levels have decreased over the years. When started our account manager was on top of things and helped a lot. Now the account manager is much more disengaged and is less willing to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Now many website performance and accessibility challenges in our company are finally solved"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Siteimprove?

I really like that Siteimprove allows us to improve the accessibility and the SEO of our website. The integration with Google Analytics also provides a complete picture of our site. The multitude of features such as content quality checks and policy enforcement tools makes sure that our website is always the best. The installation of Siteimprove has been rather easy and every time I encountered any issues, their customer support has been very helpful. It helps to free up a considerable amount of time and energy to ensure that the website remains of the highest quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Siteimprove?

I discovered that Siteimprove is very costly for organizations, particularly those that are small, which may lead to restricted use of all the tools and services offered by this online platform. Generally, customer support has been quite efficient, however having time to time delay in response has been an issue particularly during emergent times. Also, the ability to configure the format of reports and each alert could be more suited to our requirements to increase its general utility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool for QA and accessibility monitoring"
5/5
What do you like best about Siteimprove?

The tool is very thorough in what it crawls and finds. From general website content, documents hosted on the site, to alt tags on images, it has helped us keep our site refreshed, up-to-date, and compliant. You can schedule crawls to be as frequent as you like, and the emailed report summaries are wonderful to get information at a glance when you are too busy to hop into the full dashboard.

The ability to track multiple campaigns simultaneously has been beneficial. Also in my experience support has been responsive and helpful, which helps give us even more peace of mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Siteimprove?

There is a bit of a learning curve to using Siteimprove. While the company does offer an online help center, FAQs, and some learning modules, the platform does a great many and has a lot of moving parts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
