What do you dislike about Siteimprove?

We find the pre-determined issue allocation to content/UX or IT do not always match with our own internal usage. It would suit us to be able to toggle the owner of the issue ourselves.

We have hundreds of sites and it would be really useful for us to be able to audit our whole estate and receive many of the 'Site only' reports to work across all sites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Makes my job easier"
5/5
What do you like best about Siteimprove?

Easy to use, for me and our web editors. Simple fixes are listed front and center, but we can also get to detailed accessibility info and complex analytics. Reports can be sent out automatically. I can write special rules to find things that are unique to us. I use it constantly. Customer support is also very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Siteimprove?

Not cheap, but we consider it worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A powerful tool"
5/5
What do you like best about Siteimprove?

SiteImprove is an amazing and thorough tool. I feel like I have only scratched the surface and yet have managed to remedy so many issues with our website Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Siteimprove?

Honestly it is so vast and powerful that it can be a little overwhelming - I never know which issues to tackle. However there are Core Wins and other features that give this guidance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Siteimprove has been instrumental in monitoring and reporting accessibility KPIs."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Siteimprove?

-Easy access and quick response from our account representative

-Insightful and actionable insights for site health and accessibility

-Dashboards that can be shared with distributed authors so they can monitor their own sites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Siteimprove?

-It's not very intuitive to measure user journeys and measuring campaigns takes a lot of coordination with SiteImprove. It's not something we can pull adhoc without a lot of set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"SiteImprove is robust, user-friendly and well supported to help drive website success"
5/5
What do you like best about Siteimprove?

The UI intuitive and user-friendly. The navigation, dashboards and policies make it pretty straightforward to understand what you are seeing and how to take action. I am a data geek, so I have used dozens of BI tools and databases, which can have a steep learning curve, but SiteImprove makes it easy for web admins, content managers and executives to understand the current state of the website, the trendlines of process in different areas and the opportunities for improvement. We started with just the QA module (including Accessibility) and made a lot of gains in a short time. The interface, customer success manager and support were all strong, so we added the SEO module, then Analytics and recently the Performance module to help with page load speed optimization. I like the DCI (Digital Certainty Index) and have included it in my team goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Siteimprove?

We have struggled a bit with implementing custom event tracking in Analytics. The SiteImprove support team is very responsive, but we are used to doing everything ourselves in Google Tag Manager, so it is a bit of a mind-shift to work through their support team or to develop the custom events in JS. "A solid and effective product for website optimization"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Siteimprove?

What we like most about this program is the intuitiveness within its dashboards and its customizability; it has pretty interactive confirmation and color coding that allow us to evaluate and understand what needs to be done regarding our websites and where we should provide more TLC. It is an excellent alternative within the market; it is a robust and feature-rich tool to efficiently monitor any broken links, spelling errors and general accessibility issues on our websites so we can provide quick solutions and improve the web experience of our customers and visitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Siteimprove?

So far, we have had no problems using this tool; it fulfills our need to monitor and detect errors and improve our websites efficiently; however, its cost can be a bit aggressive, and its high user interface is complicated at first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A great tool to identify Accessibility and Quality issues within your site."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Siteimprove?

SiteImprove makes it easy to identify issues with your site content and code. Because front-end web development is an inexact science, there's no one way to build anything. Site Improve boils out all the nuance and tells you what issues you have, what issues you might have and gives you a checklist for remediation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Siteimprove?

There are occasional hiccups with the "global score" changing oddly that can be confusing at times. I just look at the total number of issues and use that to gauge progress instead, so it's not a big deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very useful tool for doing QA checks, asset inventory and accessibility issues"
4/5
What do you like best about Siteimprove?

The tool is easy to use, the interface is clean and new features are added every now and then. The customer support is good, they have responded quickly to our inquiries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Siteimprove?

At the moment, we are still not able to integrate this tool with our CMS, and the lack of user management features to enable a more effective cross-collaboration with different teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
