**What do you like best about SiteGPT?**

I use siteGPT to create an AI-powered chatbot that answers questions based on my website content. What I like most about siteGPT is how easy it is to set up. I can connect my website content quickly, and the chatbot starts answering questions accurately. The easy setup in siteGPT saves me a lot of time because I don’t need coding or complex configuration. It saves time and improves customer experience without much effort.

**What do you dislike about SiteGPT?**

Sometimes siteGPT can give slightly generic answers if the website content is not very detailed. It would be better with more advanced customization options and deeper control over tone and responses. SiteGPT could improve with better multilingual support and more accurate handling of complex or context-based questions.

Gpt Continually has set the standard for what AI can be and do for its users. It offers an actual practical way to interact with it for users of all levels. Whether you are a mother at home looking for cooking recipes or a high level. Exit executive looking for new business ventures.

They have definitely starting the A. I. Revolution, but they have not kept up-to-date with all the modern trends. And there are definitely better features to be found elsewhere, but GP. T still does everything even if they don't do everything right

It allows me to tailor chat bots almost as employees...sometimes better

Ease of setup. SiteGPT makes it easy & intuitive to get your chatbot setup & working in no time at all - anyone can do it. The customer support and help, if you need it, is also top notch. The developers/founders stand behind this product and do all they can to help you succeed with it.

**What do you dislike about SiteGPT?**

My only downside (which is a small one) is there is no easy way to mass re-train the bot on data... I believe this is being worked on!

**What problems is SiteGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer support & 24hr chat - customers can chat with the bot at any time... They get product help, general support, DIY assistance, etc!

I liked the way chatbot interacts with my queries, and even the Experience while using the Sitegpt chatbot was really good

Nothing as such, everything seems very good.

I have used the chatbot for my ecommerce store, where i had given the knowledgebase articles to be triggered when customer or user input the query, it was understanding the query and was giving relevant knowledge base, with a human like interaction
