  ### 8. Where have you been all my life?

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nigel C. | Drainage Design Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2021

**What do you like best about Site3D?**

Site3D has clearly been developed by people who know what we, as designers, really want; something quick and simple to use whilst being very powerful. Rather than wasting time creating multiple road/footway cross section 'assemblies' as we had been, we can now jump straight into designing our road alignments fully trusting Site3D to look after the rest. Site3D doesn't have loads of unnecessary features; just the one you really want.

Site3D's support staff are excellent. They are quick to respond when contacted and have never yet failed to provide the help requested. Because they really care about providing us with the tools we need they are happy to consider feature requests for upcoming builds.

**What do you dislike about Site3D?**

All the time I wasted using anything else!

**What problems is Site3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By far the biggest problem we are solving with Site3D is the amount of time it takes to design and detail road alignments. Using Site3D we have cut down designs that would have taken weeks to just a matter of days, sometimes just hours on small projects.

  ### 9. Great Programme - Almost Perfect!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam Salvage E. | Senior Infrastructure Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2021

**What do you like best about Site3D?**

Site 3D was our companies’ solutions to a lack of Civil3D experience and it has been one of the best decisions we have ever made. A novice in 3D modelling for highway and drainage schemes could easily become competent designers by watching simplistic guides or just playing around with the software for a few hours. The key positive highlights for me include:

- Highly user friendly
- Fast and efficient 3D models
- Integration with Autodesk and other programs
- Easy contouring/triangulation
- Roundabout design is easy and simple

**What do you dislike about Site3D?**

In all honesty there is little to dislike about the programme apart from the occasional crashing (which is usually backed up) or hatch areas having a fit. As a new up and coming programme it does however have some items which i think could be improved on to surpass other engineering products, for example:

- Traffic signal integration
- Street lighting
- Sign and road markings
- Traffic/pedestrian islands
- Other drainage design options like swales, other SuDS features and pumping stations
- Verge specification between the road and footway when creating a new carriageway

**Recommendations to others considering Site3D:**

Highly recommended wished it was available sooner

**What problems is Site3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Civil engineering problems i.e. Highways and drainage infastructure for all sectors

  ### 10. Powerful software - great for all civil engineering schemes

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Freddy P. | Senior Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2021

**What do you like best about Site3D?**

Site3D is simple and easy to use with clearly explained tools that produce good results. The software is excellent where abnormally-shaped roads are required, and the tech support is helpful and fast to respond.

**What do you dislike about Site3D?**

The only improvement I can suggest at present is to have an option to choose verge instead of footway. Not critical but it could be a good feature to have.

**What problems is Site3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Highway design, site levels for residential schemes, drainage.

  ### 11. very intuitive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas R. | Civil Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2021

**What do you like best about Site3D?**

The ability to alter/change information rapidly

**What do you dislike about Site3D?**

The inability to edit a longitudinal section. I would prefer to set fixed points along the vertical profile and offset the existing line as a whole, so I can make sure a typical level above the existing ground will be met when necessary.

**What problems is Site3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Infrastructure, time

  ### 12. Powerful Solution for the Complex Designs.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joyce W. | Graphic Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2020

**What do you like best about Site3D?**

Site3D its a major structural design tool with perfect and function responsive design functions and easy to access.
The tool allows the user to view the interactive 3D views through the entire designing process and the design modification with Site3D its effective since the user its given options for the design edition.
The tool features allows the user to design accurate Roads and also pathway and even the roundabouts through the tool.

**What do you dislike about Site3D?**

Nothing to dislike, the designing platform its easy to get used to its design functions.

**Recommendations to others considering Site3D:**

The most flexible and functional product for the complex design production and the tool installation is very simple to the users.

**What problems is Site3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pathway designing.

3D design modification.

Drainage designing.

  ### 13. Site3D Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civil Engineering | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2019

**What do you like best about Site3D?**

Like most other programs, when you watch the demo videos, Site3D looks easy to use, simple to learn and powerful. Unlike most other programs, it actually is as good as it looks.

The main command icons are arranged sensibly, making it easy to tackle each design step in turn. Initially, this appears like there are a lack of tools however it's so intuitive to use that it only shows you what you need at the time. 21 main menu buttons allow you to carry out hundreds of tasks, using the same principles for each element. I'm sure we've all used programs with hundreds of buttons with no great benefit.

No need for expensive and time consuming training courses. If you can't figure something out, there are plenty of well organised tutorial videos.

**What do you dislike about Site3D?**

The fact we didn't start using it sooner.

**Recommendations to others considering Site3D:**

Download the free trial. Watch 1 or 2 introduction videos to get the basics. Start clicking and within a couple of hours, you'll be convinced.

**What problems is Site3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Housing schemes including roads, drainage and earthwork designs. The ability to investigate several different / what if options quickly to find the optimum design rather than waste hours on one option.

Huge reduction in CAD time to prepare final drawings.

  ### 14. Powerful tool for quick and accurate design of site.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen K. | Civil Engineer, Construction, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2019

**What do you like best about Site3D?**

I like the interactive features of this tool that helps me deliver projects in a fraction of time of traditional systems.

**What do you dislike about Site3D?**

when you modify one aspect of the design, all the knock-on effects are automatically calculated and applied. However this may not be a big problem to many people.

**Recommendations to others considering Site3D:**

I have tried this tool in our company and it is the best I have used in our company so far. I highly recommend it.

**What problems is Site3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Site3D makes it so quick and easy to modify any aspect of the design model, this has allowes for a more honed and refined final design.

  ### 15. Great for the novice & casual user

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civil Engineering | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2019

**What do you like best about Site3D?**

I really liked the quick learning curve. I was able to learn & complete a proposed subdivision project in a short amount of time thanks to Site3d. Being a casual user the month by month payment option is a huge benefit!

**What do you dislike about Site3D?**

It just needs a bit of tweaking to accommodate Australian nomenclature and presentation formats especially in regards to the longitudinal sections as I found this difficult to customise.

**Recommendations to others considering Site3D:**

Definately worth a try!

**What problems is Site3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I successfully completed a 26 lot subdivision with Site3d which I could not have achieved without using this software.

  ### 16. Ease of use, great price point

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin H. | Managing Director, Civil Engineering, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Site3D?**

Site 3D’s easy user interface is very simple to negotiate and manoeuvre around. It’s flexible payment structure and keen price point are essential for a small practice like mine, where price is the key consideration. Using Site 3D has saved me a lot of time in producing long sections for Clients and to include drainage long section details - something which I produced manually as many drainage packages were prohibitively expensive. One of the best things that I have found has been their support after purchase. Whenever I had a few teething problems, they were more than glad to help me out - indeed asking for the specific technical details so they could be proactive about solving common user issues. All in all if definitely recommend Site 3D, bey easy to use, keenly priced and particularly for a smaller practice like mine, does everything that you will need and more!!!

**What do you dislike about Site3D?**

Nothing yet but have only begun using the product

**What problems is Site3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cutting of long sections and including drainage element to include in the sections. Site 3D has saved me a huge mount of time, which is particularly beneficial when tight timescales are the order of the day.

  ### 17. SITE3D - Review - Nearly Perfect

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul C. | Director, Aviation & Aerospace, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2018

**What do you like best about Site3D?**

Ease of use and clear fast real time workflow.
Ability to render 3D on iMAC with Parallels (Windows). (Most programs won't as the video codecs etc say cannot work.
Support from the software team is excellent. Very personable and not like the big corporate software suppliers.

**What do you dislike about Site3D?**

Would like to be able to increase Icon size. (I use a 5K video monitor so graphics are pin sharp but menus are small. I have come across the occasional glitch with levels on triangulations disappearing into the depths of the z-axis but I do think most of the short comings are down to my own skill in using this software.

One issue that I have come across with roundabout designs is the ability to compromise adopted design standards. I refer to those that lie outside roundabout design standards e.g. compound curves on exits / entries and the smaller tweaks you need to do in detailed design to fit designs into real world constraints. Again it may be my lack of experience with Site 3d but it is easy to push your site3d design into autocad so you can "draw" changes.

**Recommendations to others considering Site3D:**

If you use the likes of Autodesk I would strongly recommend you try Site3D. You can test out a free trial and see for yourself how much easier and quicker it is to use.

**What problems is Site3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am currently using Site3d on a £4m roundabout design and the outputs from Site3D are back and forth to Local authority for design iterations etc. They use autocad civils and have shown interest in Site3d because of the speed of tweaks.

  ### 18. Effective Enginnering Software

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civil Engineering | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2019

**What do you like best about Site3D?**

2D to 3D conversion.
Simple ground profile tool
Ease of horizontal and vertical carriageway design.
Earthworks tool for pond design

**What do you dislike about Site3D?**

No downsides. Only comments would be, could the drainage trench lines be split into SW and FW. Is it possible to adjust the top of pond levels (top of bank), rather than set a single level or gradient.

**What problems is Site3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Very effective at producing attenuation ponds, and being able to calculate the volume of water. Useful to be able to show the batter up or down to existing ground levels

  ### 19. New user, soon be an expert.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civil Engineering | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2019

**What do you like best about Site3D?**

Easy to learn and use. The program has its limitations but for designing highways and drainage etc to recognised design standards it's brilliant. New features are being added and they are very responsive to new ideas and requests. Doesn't need a super computer to run it and can import/export with many different design packages.

**What do you dislike about Site3D?**

When the architect's layout is something out of the ordinary it can be tricky to build a suitable alignment. Something like pds is more flexible but takes so, so, much longer.

**Recommendations to others considering Site3D:**

Check the licencing T&C with your current product. Site3D doesn't lock you in.

**What problems is Site3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Combining external works and drainage in a single model, showing clash detection and integration in 3D.

  ### 20. Site 3D Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley W. | Mr, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2019

**What do you like best about Site3D?**

Ease of use and speed and delivering civil drawings

**What do you dislike about Site3D?**

Zoom function makes a drawing disappear and can be hard to retrieve it back

**Recommendations to others considering Site3D:**

Saves a lot of time being so user friendly

**What problems is Site3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saved valuable time

  ### 21. I like suing Site3D

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bill H. | Civil engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2019

**What do you like best about Site3D?**

Producing detailed designs is easy with Site3D. I like its ability to incorporate field data which is essential for producing quality designs of drainage among others.

**What do you dislike about Site3D?**

It's good for designing real estates but It is not perfect for designing exits.

**Recommendations to others considering Site3D:**

It is cheap to install.

**What problems is Site3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have used it for a while and it really saved me time in designing compounds and creating elegant designs.

  ### 22. Quick and efficient and still a long way to be perfect

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civil Engineering | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2019

**What do you like best about Site3D?**

Great tool for preliminary design. Some scepticism due to its automatic features, but hoping to be proven wrong. So far enjoying it and was a speedy solution.

**What do you dislike about Site3D?**

I would like to see the option to determine your own way of displaying items for long sections, cross sections, drainage schedule and earthworks. Dropdown boxes for setting up project specific values. S38 or S278. Speed of road which then determine certain K values, crest and sag and shout when it out of tolerance.

**What problems is Site3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Road design, drainage design. Speedy solution with dynamic changes and quick export. Room to improve but this is true for all design softwares.

  ### 23. Perfection for infrastructure design and parts

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Hardware | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2018

**What do you like best about Site3D?**

Site3D is a very easy to use and intuitive application at the same time. Thanks to this application, I am very productive because I can divide my projects into different time fractions. The best part is that I can make designs quickly and easily modifiable in case I make a mistake or want to tweak something. Another positive point is that when modifying an element of the 3D model, the rest of the elements move and adapt automatically. I like that when I place an element, it interacts with others, so I know what its effects are. Finally, I like that I can view the projects from different perspectives in 3D and in plan or aerial view, allowing me to see the vertical alignment of the elements.

**What do you dislike about Site3D?**

The worst part is that some of the tools and options offered by this application are not very developed and can be improved. I also don't like that this application does not support some formats when saving projects. The resources offered by the site are not useful either. The technical support is not multilingual, so it's difficult to communicate the problem. It is a program that, for me, seems excessively expensive for what it offers compared to other programs of the same type.

**Recommendations to others considering Site3D:**

You don't need to use a next-generation computer for it to work quickly. Very good tool for viewing architectures and structures from different perspectives. Also very useful for creating pieces. You have to try this fantastic program!

**What problems is Site3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to quickly and easily review the design of the models. It also helps me to design some 3D plans by adding roads, wells, mountains, lakes, rivers...

  ### 24. A new piece of software that is on its way to replace some of the established civil engineering soft

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Francisco A. | Director, Civil Engineering, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2018

**What do you like best about Site3D?**

Very easy to use even if you have never used any highways design software before. Very quick with some design elements such as junctions and roundabouts.

**What do you dislike about Site3D?**

There are some tools and features can can be improved: drop kerbs, cut and fill analysis etc. But more importantly, the lack of a "3D polyline" element. We should be able to draw a polygon and simply assign a level to each one of the points of the 3D polyline. The earthworks tool is tedious to use and sometimes it doesn't give the right answer.

The drainage tool can also be improved and its data updated to the latest revision of SfA.

**What problems is Site3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Specially suited for the design of residential schemes and much quicker than other civil engineering design software.

  ### 25. Perfect for residential design, roundabouts are incredible!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2018

**What do you like best about Site3D?**

The dynamic updating of roads/junctions saves so much time for us. Creating roundabout designs in Site3D is a dream compared to using other products available out there.
Site 3D is very intuitive and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Site3D?**

Cut and Fill tools need to be expanded further so you can get into more detail but so far many of our suggestions have been taken on board and updates come out on a regular basis so i am sure it will keep getting better.

**What problems is Site3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Main benefit of the software for us is time. Layout updates have always been a big problem but as Site3D is so dynamic updating your design becomes a much less arduous task.

  ### 26. Site 3D Review

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2018

**What do you like best about Site3D?**

We appreciate how easy it is to test different designs and environmental conditions. This is a very important part of our safety assessment process and other software has not facilitated this process as well as Site 3D does.

**What do you dislike about Site3D?**

It would b nice if it accepted more file types. We typically use DWG files and they need to be converted using another piece of software before they can be uploaded to Site 3D.

**Recommendations to others considering Site3D:**

Highly recommend for smaller companies very useful in tandem with any safety and environmental assesments

**What problems is Site3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simple to train engineers on site 3D as it is functionality similar to AutoCad (which many engineers lean in university). Also appreciate that a basic license is free.

  ### 27. Site 3D - A must buy to assist the efficient delivery of projects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gareth S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 23, 2018

**What do you like best about Site3D?**

I like the dynamic capabilities offered.

**What do you dislike about Site3D?**

It would be great to be able to customise the appearance of long sections and change the order or how information appears.

**Recommendations to others considering Site3D:**

Download the trial version to get a feel for the software. It's relatively easy to pick up. There are plenty of help videos available on Youtube as well.

**What problems is Site3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Site 3D has enabled us to deliver complex projects efficiently. The dynamic operation of the software is very useful and enables a large amount of information to be produced quickly.

  ### 28. Great piece of software.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civil Engineering | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 05, 2018

**What do you like best about Site3D?**

The best thing about Site3d is that it is very easy to pick up, and simple to use. It works seamlessly with other software programmes such as AutoCAD and Microdrainage.

**What do you dislike about Site3D?**

Some very useful funtions of the software are hidden away from the main toobars which is somtimes an issue.

**What problems is Site3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Highway design and foul and surface water design.

  ### 29. Road System and Housing development design software

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2018

**What do you like best about Site3D?**

I like how quick and accurate this software is. The design of housing and foot-ways seem like fluff but actually help to create a full visually understandable image. It also helps make the design look more professional and real.

**What do you dislike about Site3D?**

The UI seems outdated, and the graphics are pretty basic. Although the functionality is there, this tool is only an engineer/ technicians tool as the finally product is not visually that appealing. AKA you will still have to hire a graphic designer if you want to show these designs to prospective buyers.

**Recommendations to others considering Site3D:**

This tool does what it is supposed to and doesn't crash that often. A good tool for the belt.

**What problems is Site3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planning out new subdivisions and where roads and sidewalks will be.

I have improved the velocity at the time to get the design done as Site 3D allows me to get the jobs done faster

  ### 31. Design software specially tailored for road and infrastructure design.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew C. | Associate Director, Transportation/Trucking/Railroad, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2017

**What do you like best about Site3D?**

This is software that is specifically tailored for road and plot design, as well as the infrastructure for and around it. It is intuitive, easy to get up and running quickly, and can design a highway layout very quickly. The tangentials of the alignments - horizontal and vertical - are self checking and once one element is changed, it automatically updates the connecting elements.

**What do you dislike about Site3D?**

Some tools can be improved, such as interfacing between the road and existing ground, and there are more features that can be added. I've been told these are being worked on so I expect more and more and better tools as this software is developed. The crashing problem has vastly improved and hasn't occurred to me for some time now.

**Recommendations to others considering Site3D:**

It is definitely worth a try.

**What problems is Site3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

On site road design. Earthwork design such as ponds and landscaping. S278 road design: modifying existing roads including roundabouts, priority junctions and signal junctions. The benefits is it's speed and easy checking of the design.

  ### 32. Excellent software which has improved our productivity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civil Engineering | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2018

**What do you like best about Site3D?**

The simplicity of the user interface and the speed of the software to provide updates in 2d and 3d simultaneously.

**What do you dislike about Site3D?**

Fairly regularly crashes. The snap tools are a bit glitchy.

**What problems is Site3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Production of civil engineering designs.

  ### 33. Not big in United States- local compatibility l

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civil Engineering | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2018

**What do you like best about Site3D?**

The simplistic interface is nice but not user efficient. The interface is not intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Site3D?**

No one has this software in the US. Everyone is using Civil 3D so compatibility is an issue.

**Recommendations to others considering Site3D:**

Use Civil 3D so you dont have to deal with compatibility in the United States

**What problems is Site3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Site development

  ### 34. Civil design software that holds up against more established competitors

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason G. | Senior Civil Engineer, Civil Engineering, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2017

**What do you like best about Site3D?**

Site3D is easy to get to grips with, versatile and very forgiving if revisions are required to the model. The ability to view changes in output data, such as longitudinal sections and manhole schedules without having to manually regenerate them means that any problems or changes required can be resolved or performed quickly and efficiently. This is something that puts some competitor software to shame.

**What do you dislike about Site3D?**

Whenever it crashed! Thankfully wasn't too often and the file recovery mechanism always allowed me to carry on where I left off.

**What problems is Site3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When using Site3D in the past, it was for modelling of highways and drainage layouts to serve residential developments of varying scale. Having the ability to design both the highways and drainage networks within the software and being able to easily export drainage data into a drainage modelling software for testing such as WinDes was very useful.

  ### 35. My Experience of Site3D

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civil Engineering | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 06, 2017

**What do you like best about Site3D?**

For me the best feature of Site3D is its ability to work so well with other software programmes vital to my design work such as AutoCAD and Microdrainage.

A microdrainage model can be created exactly as designed with a click of a mouse.

One or all elements of a model can be pushed to AutoCAD and converted in DWG format to effortlessly build engineering drawing packages, including fully customisable longsections.

**What do you dislike about Site3D?**

Site3D does on occassion crash and get stuck in an infinite loop, however fortunately it has a handy autosave function which makes regular backups of your work so all is not lost.

**What problems is Site3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Site3D intuative modelling tools and push/pull to AutoCAD feature rapdily speeds up design work and production of drawing packages saving our company countless hours of man hours.

  ### 36. Excellent civils design program

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civil Engineering | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2017

**What do you like best about Site3D?**

How quick it is to design a site from roads to drainage to earthworks and how its export functions to other programs saves huge amounts of time.

**What do you dislike about Site3D?**

I wish that the constructions lines tools were in their own separate tab.

**What problems is Site3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have created complex models of housing developments all within site3d. The fact that I can have the roads, sewers, structures and earthworks all in one model allows me to view the design from a comprehensive standpoint meaning any problems can be quickly identified and easily resolved.
