I like that SimplyCast Survey makes it easier to collect feedback, act on it faster, and obtain resources. I appreciate the real-time communication flow and segmented audience feature, which improves the customer-employee relationship and helps collect genuine feedback. The platform integrates surveys, emails, SMS, and automation all in one space, which is really useful for managing events and gathering feedback. I use SimplyCast Survey mainly to collect customer feedback quickly in an organized way, which saves me a lot of time. Creating surveys doesn't take long, even with custom questions, and sending them through email or SMS is very easy. This is one of the best tools I have ever used which does not require any technical or coding knowledge to create a form that helps in creating multiple survey forms in very little time.
