What do you like best about Simplesat?

Easy to set up, guided setup to link to ConnectWise and other integrations. Great visualization and filtering options

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

Reporting options could be more fleshed out and detailed.

What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us identify clients who may not be happy with our service and identify team members who may need more customer service training.

"Simplesat does exactly what it advertises itself as, and we couldn't be happier with it!"

What do you like best about Simplesat?

The ease of setup, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, and the effectiveness of the product.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

The lack of dedicated SugarCRM integration and no combined survey dashboard.

What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are engaging with our customers much more naturally than prior, we have also been able to produce a much higher rate of client testimonials.

What do you like best about Simplesat?

Great tool for taking surveys from customers that is very simple to integrate, use and navigate through. Their customer service is very responsive and helpful.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

There's nothing that comes to mind as unfavorable.

Minor integration issues that have been resolved very quickly. Their customer service is very good and responsive when it comes to issues like this.

"SimpleSAT is one of the best surveys company I have worked with"

What do you like best about Simplesat?

Simplicity combined with customizability.

Simplesat's friendly interface makes it easy to implement new stuff and if we need help - we get it.

We've got Simplesat deeply integrated with Zendesk, and they have added new features we've asked for almost on the fly!!! ( Kudus )

The reporting is invaluable for our team to track customer satisfaction and agent performance.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

Nothing comes to mind really.

A direct integration with Jira would help us offload some of the automation we currently have set up with "Integromat" to overcome it.

"Great versatile survey platform"

What do you like best about Simplesat?

Easily customisable, can set up a range of different survey types and completely customise each one, all while still getting a very personalised result.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

Can be tricky changing a survey setup down the road, through their helpdesk is great for this.

What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lack of Client response is the problem we are trying to solve. The modern and interactive icons and layout help with this. Originally we had great response uptake. Also wanting better reporting, for overall summary the reporting widgets are great, but more interactive analytics would help.

"Simplesat review after 3 years since implementing"

What do you like best about Simplesat?

We've adopted Simplesat since many years ago now, and looking back I couldn't be happier with the decision we made at that time. Years later it's been a consistent 5 star experience from the quality of the UI, the configuration possibilities of the surveys, the integration with Zendesk ticketing and Explore reporting and last but not least the excellent customer support and service provided by the Simplesat team. We are now working with other branches of our company to help them adopt Simplesat on their instances of Zendesk as well. Five stars!

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

Initially we were limited by the inability to use multi-brand or mulitple instances of Zendesk with the same instance of Simplesat, but the team helped us overcome the multi-brand early on and we haven't had any issues since.

What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Multi-brand, white-labeled surveys embedded in Zendesk auto-replies have increased our survey take rate, and allow us to capture CSAT, NPS accurately. We will be looking to expand with CES as well.
