"Awesome - Low Cost , Quality, Does Exactly What It Is Supposed To"

What do you like best about Simplesat?

Easy to use, configure, doesn't nickle and dime you over number of surveys, how many sent, number of users, etc.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

I wish their were more plug and play integrations, but I was able to get it integrated with my system (Comodo) in about 30 minutes. Super easy.

Recommendations to others considering Simplesat:

I would review all of your needs first. Then confirm SimpleSat can meet all of them.

What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?

None. Active feedback from all of our customers. Keeps open the feedback loop.

"Fits the bill perfectly for our feedback needs"

What do you like best about Simplesat?

It's simple for both our clients and us. Because of this, the clients are more likely to respond, and we can more easily use the feedback to improve our services.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

Nothing to dislike. It would be great if we could send quarterly surveys with a few more questions.

Recommendations to others considering Simplesat:

I would not hesitate to recommend Simplesat if you are a user of Autotask/Datto PSA.

The ease of use, the reporting on trends, and that we can add links to get reviews on social media as well

No complaints, it's reasonably priced and their service is amazing

We were able to get real-time feedback, which we couldn't do before. We've been able to identify clients that need our help to solve problems.

"Great surveying software with equally great customer service"

What do you like best about Simplesat?

* The survey capabilities - very easy to configure and send out. They are also constantly releasing additional updates.

* The customer service - an amazing team of people at Simplesat that are ready to quickly help.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

There's not much to dislike about Simplesat.

What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are looking to survey customers for Customer Satisfaction, NPS, and general feedback. Because the surveys are really easy to fill out, we've had great response rates and have received very valuable feedback.

"Best survey tool by far!"

What do you like best about Simplesat?

I love the feature that shows you your at-risk customers. It helps identify problem areas without having to pull reports and sort through unnecessary data. Very helpful.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

Maybe a more detailed description of what each feedback option means could be added or looked into. We often have customers say that we provided good service and didn't mean to select the negative option.

What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been able to pay closer attention to the customers/companies that we are struggling providing white-glove service to. We can reach out to the customer right away after we see the survey come through, which is extremely helpful to provide a good survey turnover time.

"Great Platform"

What do you like best about Simplesat?

Simplesat's platform allows us to measure our performance directly by our customers. The easy-to-navigate portal lets us know where we may need improvement.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

Perhaps an easy to click within reports that would populate a list of who when the number is clicked (currently cannot click).

What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ability to provide our customers a voice in our performance. Ability to have that voice broadcasted on our website.

"Quick Responses from Customers"

What do you like best about Simplesat?

Integrations with Brightgauge and Connectwise have made this tool invaluable

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

I wish there was a way to upload our own images for responses, or more icons to choose from.

What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?

This product allows us to get quick and therefore more accurate responses from our customers on their services, which allows us to make more meaningful changes to our business.

"Simplesat review"

What do you like best about Simplesat?

It is effortless to use but has enough features and options for us.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

There really is not anything that we dislike.

What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?

We originally got it to drive Google reviews when we closed tickets in Connectwise. Users are not clicking through to leave the Google review, but we do get feedback we can use on our website. We also know when we get the red frown, we need to get on the phone and contact the client.

"Works well and visually engaging"

What do you like best about Simplesat?

It integrates with our ticketing platform making it easy to distribute and track feedback. Our response rates have increased since using it because it makes it very simple for end-users to respond to. We use CSAT and NPS, and both are valuable data points for making sure customers feel satisfied.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

I think there could always be better ways to organize data. Having more variety in the dashboard and even tracking company feedback scores in a single pane could be helpful. For example, if a company has 20 users all submitting feedback scores, there could be some way to show the aggregate satisfaction across the company. There is still a way to review this data, but not relatively as easy as it could be.

What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?

We get feedback from our customers by making it easy for them to give it. Customers have thoughts on every interaction with our company, but so often, it's challenging to capture that information. We've certainly captured much more of it with Simplesat
