"Great Product"

What do you like best about Simplesat?

I like how customizable the surveys are. It's also very reliable, we have been using SimpleSAT for the past few years with no issues.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

I really do not have any dislikes. SimpleSAT does everything we need it to do.

What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?

It really helps us solve internal process issues and get a good benchmark on client perception.

"Awesome CSAT and NPS platform"

What do you like best about Simplesat?

Super intuitive and very easy to use. Support has been amazing as well.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

Nothing comes to mind. Usually any request for features hits the product rather quickly.

What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Customer Satisfaction and Net Promotor Score. The embed functionality is great and makes it very simple for customers to populate a score.

"Great CSAT Tool"

What do you like best about Simplesat?

Easily tracks customer feedback. They have made a lot of improvements to how the system functions, allowing customizations to the survey. The support team is extremely responsive.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

Dashboard is a bit difficult to follow at times. Would like to be able to customize views so that certain team members can be grouped together or removed from overall scores. Reporting numbers don't match Zendesk 100%.

What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?

When a customer is unhappy, we are given the opportunity to turn it into a positive interaction and given a second chance to make it right. It also helps provide valuable feedback to agents.

"Great tool. Highly customizable, and very user friendly."

What do you like best about Simplesat?

Extremely customizable. Easy to use tool. We love the numerous integrations to different platforms. We use the tool with Zendesk, in some email signatures, and for internal surveys too.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

Reporting functionality could be better. The sync back to other tools (Zendesk) is a little inconsistent and does not always work.

What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had a low customer satisfaction response rate, and couldn't customize our surveys to ask multiple questions. We have seen a substantial increase in response rate and now have surveys which are fully branded and detailed.

"Reliable and engaging"

What do you like best about Simplesat?

I appreciate the user experience. Our customers often comment on our animated rating scale. I believe this sparks more interaction with the widget. I also like the integration with our Autotask platform. The system is easy to set up and easy to use. Great support.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

I don't have any negative comments. Solution performs as expected.

Instant customer feedback allows us to quickly resolve any issues we missed in our service. It helps us keep our clients happy.

"SimpleSat: Feedback, Quickly"

What do you like best about Simplesat?

I use Simplesat mainly to review feedback we have received from closed tickets in our ticketing system. Simplesat supplies me with quick information and statistics for my direct reports. Monthly reports help me bring the data to the team.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

There is not much to dislike about Simplesat and maybe that's because I don't use it its full potential. I wish I could get more granular with the reporting to get individual stats sent via email weekly.

What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Simplesat is solving our client feedback issue. Before, we never heard much from our clients except during a quarterly meeting. Simplesat gives us feedback from our clients in real time.
