What do you like best about Simplesat?

- always a challenge with any email survey tool to get clients to respond

- they are very open & responsive to feature requests and incorporated several that I submitted

"Simplesat Was a Game Changer for Our Company"

What do you like best about Simplesat?

Simplesat is exactly how their name sounds, SIMPLE. A quick click on a smiley face, and the client gets to tell us how we are doing without the burden of a long survey, and we love the fact that more clients tend to send surveys because of the ease of sending them. We also like the easy customizations for surveys and the ability to make them our own.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

Our clients have complained about not being able to easily redo their submission if they accidentally click on the wrong smiley face or change their minds later. This is frustrating for us as well since it hurts our overall ratings.

What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Simplesat, we didn't know if a client was unhappy or a technician was not performing well unless it was already a significant problem. Simplesat allows us to prevent substantial issues from happening and to train our technicians when we see areas of weakness. We also found a new way to reward our technicians with great reviews, and this has helped morale and the development of team culture.

"Great Survey Provider!"

What do you like best about Simplesat?

The interface is very user friendly. They offer multiple types of surveys that help us in our industry and have easily integrated them into our ticket and project closures! I appreciate their most newsletter sent.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

I do feel that their survey setups could have a little bit easier options for adding to, but there isn't much that I would change!

What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had much more accessible and better surveys sent to our clients with automation from our PSA. It's "prettier" than the built-in surveys from our PSA. We also love adding the Google and Facebook review links to the bottom of the confirmation page as a different place that reviews on public platforms!

"Happy customer"

What do you like best about Simplesat?

As a busy small business owner/lawyer with no web skills, having SimpleSat on my team helps me sleep at night. The Simple Sat team is extremely responsive, and has developed an elegant way to quickly and easily recieve and review customer feedback. I have recommended Simple Sat to a few of my lawyer friends and they are extremely happy with the service as well. I could not imagine using a different client feedback service.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

I've had a great experience thus far, can't think of any dislikes.

If you want an excellent customer interaction service, look no further.

What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Just being able to get quick and honest customer feedback has helped my law practice tremendously.

"Awesome Tool"

What do you like best about Simplesat?

We use Simplesat for customer satisfaction surveys. We love it. It's really easy to use, support is fantastic, and they listen to the desires of their clients. We asked for some customization to the tool to write back to Connectwise and they built it out pretty quickly. Made our reporting much easier. Support is extremely quick to respond via chat and always helpful.

wish it had more granular administrative control

Tracking customer satifaction for our engineering teams. Testing multi-question post project surveys now.

"Exceptional Customer Service, always ready to assist."

What do you like best about Simplesat?

I can always chat or speak with someone at SimpleSat. They allow you to set up appointments for a zoom meeting. The product is truly customer-centric and easy to use. Integration with Zendesk is goo and allows you to use place holders to create filters. These place holders send data to simple sat and add a layer of data.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

I don't dislike the SimpleSat as you can tell from my previous comment. I would recommend being able to filter by the question where you can see NPS score by question.

What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are not able to see how our agents are doing real-time in their interactions with customers. It therefore has given us insights on areas of opportunity and where we are excelling. This provides us the ability to cheer on our agents.

"Straightforward, easy to integrate"

What do you like best about Simplesat?

It was easy to integrate the system with Autotask, to allow clients to rate our service at any interaction without separate emails, which was important to us.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

Occasionally the user interface isn't clear around the integrations--is it active or not? Will a change reset the integration or not? Overall it's been improving, it was a few months ago when we first configured it.

What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Instant feedback when technicians are doing something right or wrong and clients are happy or unhappy. Integration with Autotask means we don't have to guess which client, ticket, or technician was rated, and we can easily push the feedback visibly into Microsoft Teams now as well. Individual tickets get updated with rating details, so we aren't tied to the Simplesat site for review.

We wish we had the ability to modify the look and feel to more degrees than we currently do.

It was a better value than what we used before and the onboarding was flawless. They even imported our data from the other product.

Nothing - its a great product -c our clients love to see the friendly thumbs!

"Easy to use!"

What do you like best about Simplesat?

Easy to use reporting, simple emailing, and great layouts. Making my email structure only took minutes.

Very happy with this software and have gotten great responses from customers.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

Possibly making an easier way to send out another batch of emails when using the same setup, right now the option is buried under a couple of tabs. Overall a great service.
