What do you like best about Simplesat?

The ability to easily integrate with a variety of services.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

Some of the integrations are a little lacking, but they are improving and adding new ones at a quick pace.

What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is allowing us to track our client satisfaction. This helps us turn unhappy clients into happy ones.

What do you like best about Simplesat?

Simplesat just works. Easy setup, with the right value prop. They care!

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

Like any tool that emails customers, items related to Simplesat can get stuck in spam filters, lowering response rates.

What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use customer satisfaction measurement mainly to ‘catch’ issues that have been closed by us but may not have addressed the need of the customer. The added benefit of establishing a long-term measurement for high customer satisfaction has obvious internal and external uses as well.

"An excellent platform with a bright future"

What do you like best about Simplesat?

Simplesat has a highly competent staff which have always been helpful. Elliot is great!

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

Some features have had quirks which were initially a stumbling block for us, but have since gotten easier to deal with (ie. email insights - fixed)

What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have developed real insight into our customers satisfaction levels - an understanding of what customers like and have some ideas for what to encourage our technicians to shoot for.

"Easy to use system, that works with no issues"

What do you like best about Simplesat?

The surveys are simple to make and versatile. We do monthly reports, so sorting by the previous month quickly saves a ton of time.

Since the surveys are straightforward customers, have no issues filling them out

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

I have not come across anything that doesn't work.

The suverys are easy to setup and apply

Sign up and test it out, the simplicity of it will help you make a decision

Tracking our service with customers was missing before we had simplestat.

Now we can see who we provide great service for and when there is an issue we can quickly look into what happened.

"Awesome tool for tracking satisfaction and even better support!"

What do you like best about Simplesat?

The simplesat tool supports NPS, CES and CSAT Surveys and the custom code allows you to add the surveys to just about anything. The live chat is also incredible, and the team always gives in-depth and well-thought-out answers. The tool is constantly being improved with new features, which is also a breath of fresh air.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

If I have to find something, it would be that when creating a customer in Simplesat there is limited info you can add. You are unable to add custom fields etc. You can get around this by adding customers' vie API, but that may be difficult for some.

What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem we have solved moving over to Simplesat is false positive satisfaction surveys sent by firewalls. In the past we would get false satisfaction clicks from Firewalls checking the emails links. Simplesat doesn't have this issue as they use Recaptcha to verify the click was not a robot. We can now send surveys to all our clients, even if they have firewalls that check incoming links vie email. We also love that our CSAT surveys from our support desk and our NPS surveys are all now in a single place.

"Simplesat has given us insight and actionable data that we've never had before."

What do you like best about Simplesat?

Very easy to use for end users. We've used other products in the past and rarely got responses. We get a fairly good response now.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

Not much. Can't think of anything actually. Maybe that it's not free? :)

Recommendations to others considering Simplesat:

Highly recommended to at least try and compare. We did and no regrets.

What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Better finger on the pulse of our service, and have customers feel they'll being listened to. We respond personally to any neutral or negative reviews.

"A simple, easy to use satisfaction and NPS tool"

What do you like best about Simplesat?

The simplicity of the interface and experience. Being able to quickly throw together a survey to send out to our customers is what made us choose this product. We tried others and tried some built into our service desk, but the simplicity of this took the lead. Being able to take our customer lists from the other products we use and send time-based NPS surveys in an easy manner is almost second to none. The support is top-notch with super quick replies, suggestions on how to achieve what we want to achieve and open and honest feedback on their roadmap.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

For our use case, there isn't much of anything that I can think of that we dislike.

Recommendations to others considering Simplesat:

If at all you need any help or suggestions on how to accomplish what you need to do, flick their support team a message and you'll quickly get an answer, often from one of their founders which gives that feeling that they're interested in helping you

What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Getting an overall view of how our customers are feeling about us both for our support levels, but also at random times throughout the entire year using an NPS score. We email every customer, at random, a max of 3 times a year asking how they rate us. We find this the best way as we aren't asking directly after giving good support, delivering a feature they've been waiting for, or anything other things may skew their rating

How quickly we were able to set up and start using it.

How agile they are with the existing & new features.

The leadership is driven to see you succeed

The real scenario of sending them a feature request and hearing that they already have it on their roadmap!

Their support team is phenomenal - They are responsive and knowledgeable

The CEO is focused on ensuring the company is growing while making sure I still feel valued

They were even able to import all our reactions from our previous provider!

Love that it integrates with ConnectWise Custom Fields & BrightGauge for reports!

Love the integration with Microsoft Teams for live reactions

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

Nothing - Really. Things I want to see show up are already deployed or will be very soon.

What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our ticketing system auto sends a survey to everyone we interact with. This helps ensure we are meeting our clients needs quickly and easily.

We use the NPS Score to connect with our primary contacts to ensure the content we are delivering is exceeding their expectations and we have a pulse on how our relationship is doing.

We even recently started doing in-house surveys to see how our employees are doing.

We are keeping techs up to date with the latest feedback from our clients with Positive Surveys posting live to Microsoft Teams

"Quick to setup, easy to use, excellent and responsive support!"

What do you like best about Simplesat?

The simplicity in setting up and deployment the solution was fantastic. It took little to no effort to get something usable and presentable created with the platform. The integration the platform has with our RMM platform Connectwise Manage is excellent and allows us to better use the data we are getting from Simplesat. The support team is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive, and they have built a very thorough Knowledge Base with heaps of information that's been able to answer pretty much every question I've had.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

Survey visual design customization is a bit limited but is being worked on.

Recommendations to others considering Simplesat:

Don't be afraid to ask their support for help. There are a lot of features available that haven't been built into the administration area yet but can be done for you by their support team

What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Simplesat is allowing us to build a dataset that tells us how happy the people we support are with our service. Before having this ability, we could only gather this data from our customer contacts, who didn't necessarily gauge how the company as a whole felt. Having this dataset allows us to focus on the specific areas we want to improve and build upon to become a better service provider for our clients.
