Very user friedly even for people that are not very tech savvy which allows accessibility to a variety of products with no efford. **What do you dislike about SimpleRez?** It can look very similar in different sites customers use giving the sense that is all the same company. It is very easy to learn. **What do you dislike about SimpleRez?** The thing I dislike about Simple Rez is that it doesn't have an online person that can help you like in other online programs. If you have a question you would type it in and that person will lead you to the correct answer. **Recommendations to others considering SimpleRez:** It is very easy and simple to use when booking a reservation on SimpleRez. I have used other and it is not as straight forward so I would definitely recommend Simple Rez. **What problems is SimpleRez solving and how is that benefiting you?** Simple Rez is very easy. The current problems that I currently have is that the software is sometimes is very slow when I am using internet explorer. Then when I use Google Chrome I realize that it tends to go by faster. So sometimes it depends. When booking the reservations. ### 6. By searching so many different hotels, this allows our company to select the very best hotels not only based on location, but also price. By cutting down our expenses with hotel bookings, it allows us to spend money on other areas of our business. **What do you dislike about SimpleRez?** One thing i dislike is that not all hotels are visible during a search. Often my preferred brand may not be shown due to the high cost of a room. I'm often able to narrow my search in order to find my favorite brands, but I wish they appeared on the first attempt. **Recommendations to others considering SimpleRez:** use hotel direct over all other searches. They'll allow your company to cut costs, while also finding some of the best rooms available for your business trip. **What problems is SimpleRez solving and how is that benefiting you?** This solves our companies travel needs.
