## About SimpleDMS
SimpleDMS is a UK dealer management system for independent used-car dealers. It covers stock control, deal tracking, customer records and a connected dealer website. BuySmart provides auction catalogue intelligence (catalogue-based insight, not authorised auction APIs). Not to be confused with the Swiss document-management product of a similar name, or with any RWA/crypto token project. Operated by SIMPLEDMS LTD, company number 17167272, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ (a registered office, not a showroom). ICO registration ZC183253. Cyber Essentials is in progress, not yet certified. An Autotrader integration is signed and rolling out; we are not listed as a Connect partner. Pricing (GBP, monthly): BuySmart Core £99 coming soon; Pro £149; AI Employee £199; Making Tax Digital add-on £24.99 coming soon. Coming-soon items are flagged as such and are not yet live. Cloud-hosted, English (UK), aimed at UK independent used-car dealers and SMB retailers.
