Simple Check in Reviews & Product Details

Simple Check in (SCin) is online check-in for holiday rentals in Spain. When a booking comes in from Airbnb, Booking.com or Hostex, the guest gets a link and fills in their details on their phone, in their own language, with nothing to install. At check-in time, SCin sends the traveller report to SES Hospedajes, as Spanish law (RD 933/2021) requires, and stores the batch number with the booking. The door code (a Nuki PIN that only works during the stay, or a fixed code) appears once every traveller has registered, never before. Also included: automatic guest messages, cleaning tasks with a calendar for your team, the yearly export to Spain's Single Rental Register (NRUA) and an iPhone app. One plan at €3.50 per property per month, VAT included, no commitment. Data stored on servers in the European Union.
