I love that Simon Data makes creating audiences easy. We can easily segment customers in indefinite ways and the automation Simon spearheads makes life so simple for us - we're able to sync with Google / FB so once we create a list we never have to touch it again, it just auto updates.

It lacks a few key features

• Currently only allows you to track one conversion goal, which causes limitations in reporting.

• Would like the ability to create a journey based on trigger events. Currently, you have to create segments for the journey. This causes the flows to fire when the segment updates vs when the event fires. (Their team has shared this feature is coming, but not sure on the timeline.)
