What do you like best about Simera?

What do you like best about Simera?

Allows us to search for team members on a global scale. We're not just limiting ourselves to local candidates but anyone that is a good fit can now be up for consideration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Simera?

Becuase they are global the team is remote, that is something is I wouldn't say is a "dislike" but a challenge for everyone on how to do better & manage a new team without that in person interaction. So far it's been good though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Simera?

I love the portal where I can review potential candidates which includes seeing videos which really helps give a feel of the candidate and saves us time. The support team at Simera is fantastic to deal with. They are super responsive and easy to deal with. Working with Simera has allowed me to grow our team while controling costs. What do you dislike about Simera?

I have not had any dislikes yet. Customer service, time to hire and quality if hires has been high.

We had a pretty smooth process, so I can't say there was a ton I distinctly remember disliking. There might have been 1-2 candidates that weren't a fit, but we had a pretty good screening process, so honestly did great with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
