**What do you like best about Simera?**

Simera was recommended to me by a colleague, and I've had nothing but great experiences. The team is responsive, knowledgable, and creative. The individuals with whom we've been paired have been professional, skilled, and great communicators. Nothing but positive feedback from us.

**What do you dislike about Simera?**

Honestly, nothing to mention here; however, we've been working with Simera for less than a year, so perhaps I'll find something to complain about down the road : )

**What problems is Simera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In a company's earliest days, one's options for hiring tech talent are limited, and for those of us who have had less-than-stellar experiences with offshore contractors (either re: skill consistency or navigating timezone differences), Simera's model fills a gap. The employer-of-record aspect also makes it a breeze to understand your all-in costs in a way that make forecasting easy.

**What do you like best about Simera?**

Allows us to search for team members on a global scale. We're not just limiting ourselves to local candidates but anyone that is a good fit can now be up for consideration.

**What do you dislike about Simera?**

Becuase they are global the team is remote, that is something is I wouldn't say is a "dislike" but a challenge for everyone on how to do better & manage a new team without that in person interaction. So far it's been good though.

**What problems is Simera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're needing people to join our team as we pivot strategies, so because Simera allows us to get people to join on a fast pace & flexible options as well, that allows us to not be stuck with a single mindset & team framework & really allows us to think how about we can shape our team better for our strategies.

It’s not a criticism, but I hope they continue to expand their specialty roles as they grow.

**What problems is Simera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem: Difficulty in finding and onboarding skilled talent quickly enough to meet immediate business needs.

Accessing skilled, on-demand talent to support business activities and streamline operations was invaluable. I benefited from working with experts in specific areas, especially in data management and analysis, which helped us optimize processes efficiently.

**What do you like best about Simera?**

I love the portal where I can review potential candidates which includes seeing videos which really helps give a feel of the candidate and saves us time. The support team at Simera is fantastic to deal with. They are super responsive and easy to deal with. Working with Simera has allowed me to grow our team while controling costs.

**What do you dislike about Simera?**

There are no major dislikes that I could list. Any issues that I have had have been quickly resolved by Tina and her team.

The ability to grow my team while controling costs.

**What do you like best about Simera?**

Speed to hiring internationally has been amazing. We used Simera for 2 years and their flexibility in working with my HR team has been amazing.

**What do you dislike about Simera?**

I have not had any dislikes yet. Customer service, time to hire and quality if hires has been high.

We did have one issue with a hire but Simera worked quickly with me to turn that hire around to someone we kept for over a year. I consider this more of a win than a dislike.

**What problems is Simera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can hire internationally. I would need to spend more to set up an entity in various countries, for a nominal fee I can do that via Simera.

Helped us staff key parts of our business with superstars.  Very friendly, knowledgable, and responsive.  Amazing team that goes the extra mile to make things right!

Platform UI could be a little prettier and easier to use

The best part about simera is the people. From the business representatives to their leadership, all are responsive and helpful at all times!

**What do you dislike about Simera?**

Fees. I dont dislike this but as a business owner, its the only thing i could even think to complain about. The employees we receive from Simera are qualified and worth every penny.

Staffing people from all over the world in the right places, has helped our need for spanish speaking representatives.

**What do you like best about Simera?**

They're always open to support us as a partner and share knowledge and resources. Their product is also inclusive and easy to use. We hired some folks using their system and found the system straightforward and thorough for getting the information necessary.

**What do you dislike about Simera?**

Nothing comes to mind. I just hope they are able to expand to include more underserved and underrepresented areas geographically to provide more opportunities there while also growing the talent pool.

Simera helped us find a web developer who was the perfect fit for our organization's needs.

**What do you like best about Simera?**

The team worked hard to get us connected with the right talent for our team, and they edited the list as we gave feedback to dial in.

**What do you dislike about Simera?**

We had a pretty smooth process, so I can't say there was a ton I distinctly remember disliking. There might have been 1-2 candidates that weren't a fit, but we had a pretty good screening process, so honestly did great with it.

We were able to source top quality talent internationally.
