STAR-CCM+ has one of the best UI's for a CFD software. I have been using it for nearly 18 months, and it only took me about a month to get aclimatized to the software. There is also a massive help guide and forum base that provides ample information for 95% of the simulations, which allows beginners to learn and improve their skills quickly.
