Integration with the calendar is an incredible feature. You can text team members and clientele or make excellent-quality video calls. Regardless of location, teammates can work collaboratively in real-time with Silverpeas. Work is considerably more productive whenever assignments, projects, and materials are shared and altered in real-time. Numerous tools and templates are available and can be customized to meet specific needs. Document sharing with teammates is very easy. **What do you dislike about Silverpeas?** The workflows and repairs are somewhat lacking and challenging to fix. I would like to see more features.  Implementing it across the entire firm is a little challenging because few employees are aware of it and aren't particularly interested in ditching other apps in its favor. **What problems is Silverpeas solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main issue being resolved is time management. You are not required to send your customers or colleagues long emails with detailed explanations. A straightforward, solid message will suffice. Silverpeas make it possible to acquire new knowledge. It serves well if your organization's IT support team appropriately configures and frequently updates it. It's ideal if you intend to save documents on the cloud. ### 2. Work is much more productive when tasks, projects, and documents are shared and updated in real time. It also contains a ton of templates and tools that can be altered to fit the particular requirements of any project. **What do you dislike about Silverpeas?** Workflows and fixes are not the best in Silverpeas. We have been bitten by gotchas in processes. They were hard to fix. We just stopped using processes in Silverpeas and started doing those things in a different way. **What problems is Silverpeas solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helped me learn new things now and then. It's good if you want to store papers in the cloud, and it works well if your company's IT support team sets it up correctly and keeps it up-to-date regularly. ### 3. It is really useful as it is intergrates with Calender also accessibility is one of its best features. Real time connection with the people when and wherever you are. Video quality is also too good. **What do you dislike about Silverpeas?** More features can be added to this application. It hangs sometimes. Interface can be improved quite a bit **What problems is Silverpeas solving and how is that benefiting you?** Majorly useful as we don't have to type in a lengthy mail where we can send short messages and send documents as well. Calender integration is just amazing feature. With this application you can message or start a video call with your client or colleague. The quality of video call is also very good. **What do you dislike about Silverpeas?** Voice message can be added as an additional feature. A little laggy application sometimes, but this can be solved with releasing updates. Sometimes the calender also does not show the correct appointment. **What problems is Silverpeas solving and how is that benefiting you?** The mere communication between the clients and colleagues without any hassle is a big problem that this application is solving. You can share documents, manage and produce content, collaborate with your team and do many more things. **What do you dislike about Silverpeas?** The design of the whole thing is pretty old, it looks like it hasn't been updated in a long time.
