I especially like the new breakout price lists and discount lists, which make our yearly pricing uploads and reviews quicker and more thorough. The integration capability with BarTender has also given us more options for labeling and shipping, and it has increased our ship times by 20%. The ongoing support and interaction with our support staff / customer liaison is the biggest positive note that the company as a whole has continuously mentioned in comments. **What do you dislike about SilverLeaf Horticulture?** The lack of a fully functioning production plan has prevented us from truly maximizing our inventory and from maintaining an up-to-date inventory valuation. Grow orders have also had major issues because the onboarding integration didn’t merge our existing data into the new system correctly. Since we weren’t able to review and refine the data beforehand, it resulted in inaccurate grow orders that we’re now having to address in real time. We also haven’t had the opportunity to work with AI, mainly due to cost constraints associated with using AI agents. **What problems is SilverLeaf Horticulture solving and how is that benefiting you?** The current updates being worked on for pricing and with grow orders will impact us greatly to narrow our margins and get our inventory accountability and value down to a specific target. Right now we are wasting too much materials, time, and effort by simply not having a actionable target to keep our inventory streamlined. The updates Silverleaf has available will address these issues. However, they must be vetted in sandboxes before usage due to internal customizations. ### 2. One of the standout features for us is their Bartender integration, which has significantly improved our process time for retail label printing. **What do you dislike about SilverLeaf Horticulture?** There are many features that have helped improve efficiency and streamline processes, but they do require a lot of data management. One of these features is Value Added Items and Groups which works great for our retail labeling and picture tags. The downside is if we don't have it set up correctly, it creates a bottleneck at the picking and shipping process. **What problems is SilverLeaf Horticulture solving and how is that benefiting you?** A specific example is the use of Multiple Order Management to update sales orders weekly. Previously, we needed 1-3 people to spend 4-6 hours updating orders. After our implementation, we now only have 1 person spending 1-2 hours updating orders. We gained efficiency and freed up both time and staff that we can allocate to other tasks. ### 3.
