Point it at your own knowledge base — docs, FAQs, product pages — and it answers customer questions, qualifies leads, and can take action across your connected apps (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Slack, GitHub, Notion), all grounded only in the material you give it. If it doesn't know the answer, it says so instead of guessing, and every answer cites its source. What makes SikloAI different from most AI chatbot tools: you bring your own API key (Anthropic, OpenAI, Groq, or Gemini), and your AI usage is billed directly by that provider to you, at their published rates.
