Also, their real-time dashboard is very helpful in service performance tracking for business requirements. Their strong workflow automation for issue escalation and feedback collection is very effective. Their role-based feature across the team management is very helpful for collaborating effectively. Their interface is not that modern or much intutive, and also the customisation of their report is a bit limited. Their integration ecosystems are not as wide as similar CX platforms out there.
