**What do you like best about VoIP?**

One of the most helpful things about VOIP is it's ease of use and the fact that you can add a list of contacts for those that you contact on a regular basis and then just click their name or # and dial

**What do you dislike about VoIP?**

The only downside is that it if the internet is sluggish or down, then you have no VOIP, meaning no phone to make calls, unless you have backup hard landline, which most organizations do not.

**What problems is VoIP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VOIP solvs many problems. Not only do I use it to dial contacts and prospective clients, I can also send them a sms thru VOIP as well. It has so many more features now than it had just a few years ago. I can setup and look at reports for each user.

It is an inexpensive option for small businesses, and easy to setup and use.

I do not have anything I currently dislike about this platform.

Ability to customize a telephone system per company needs, with many routing options, extensions, auto-reception systems, etc.

**What do you dislike about VoIP?**

Can be complicated to setup and maintain over time, compared to out of the box solutions.

**What problems is VoIP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication is key, and VoIP is helping connect us both internally and externally.

The technology is so good we have not had to call in for any reason (e.g. CS or tech supp)  for years.

**What do you dislike about VoIP?**

I wish an acct rep would call in once in a while.

Communication.
