Siggy Reviews & Product Details

Siggy is Australian-owned and hosted electronic signature software for professional practices — accounting, legal, allied health and NDIS providers. Upload a PDF, place signature fields and send. Your client signs from any device through a secure link, with no account required. Every completed document comes back cryptographically sealed, with a Certificate of Completion and a full audit trail, aligned with the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth). Data is hosted in Sydney. Pricing is flat: a free plan, and paid plans from A$10 a month, with envelopes and team seats included rather than charged per signature or per user. Features include reusable templates for engagement letters, service agreements and consent forms, sequential and parallel signing, reminders, folders and search, SMS delivery, access codes, bulk send, and an API. Identity verification runs inside the signing step: a client's identity is checked against official government records, with consent, in minutes.
