**What do you like best about Sifflet?**

I like that it provides a unified platform for data reliability and for observing data flows. From an implementation perspective, I really appreciate the platform’s flexibility: it lets me adapt it to each organization’s specific architecture and operational requirements, instead of forcing rigid patterns.

**What do you dislike about Sifflet?**

They adapt well to the needs of different teams, take a genuinely collaborative approach, provide 24/7 support, and cover the essential aspects of observability. Overall, I don’t have anything negative to say about them.

**What problems is Sifflet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it regularly to monitor, prioritize, and better understand data-related issues. It helps reduce tool sprawl and allows teams to manage data health effectively at an enterprise scale, which has noticeably simplified our day-to-day work.

  ### 4. Smart Anomaly Detection with Key Improvements Needed

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Asta S. | Senior Data Analyst

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Sifflet?**

I like that Sifflet learns from past data trends to predict what is normal and identifies what should be classified as an incident. This feature is really helpful because we only get alerts if the data behaves differently than it did in the past, reducing the noise and allowing us to focus on real problems.

**What do you dislike about Sifflet?**

I can't bulk edit the tags and it would be nice to have more options to edit several monitors at the same time. At the moment these are very limited. It took some time and there were a lot of features not available at the beginning but the product has evolved a lot since we started using it.

**What problems is Sifflet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Sifflet to monitor my dbt pipeline for anomalies. It saves me from checking models individually as it highlights incidents, catching bugs like missing data. It also learns from data trends to predict normal behavior and reduce alert noise, helping focus on real issues.

**Official Response from Romain Doutriaux:**

> Thank you for the detailed review! It is great to hear that Sifflet’s ML-based detection is successfully reducing alert noise for your dbt pipelines—that is exactly the goal of our Sentinel agent: to learn your data's unique patterns so you can focus on real issues rather than configuration.
Regarding your feedback on bulk actions: We completely agree. As your monitor coverage grows, managing them individually becomes a bottleneck.
We are actively working on this in our upcoming roadmap. Specifically, we have prioritized Bulk Snoozing for Monitors and Bulk Qualifications for False Positives to help you manage incidents and monitors at scale. We are also introducing Notification Templates to eliminate repetitive setup across multiple monitors.
Thank you for recognizing how much the product has evolved, we are moving fast to bring you these scalability features soon!

  ### 5. Simplified Data Management with Sifflet

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clément G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Sifflet?**

I love the ease of integrating Sifflet into our pipeline. The new features are quite regular, and I really appreciate being listened to as a client regarding our feature needs. The initial installation was very simple.

**What do you dislike about Sifflet?**

At our level of use, I see a possible improvement which would be to be able to interact with Sifflet directly via Slack commands.

**What problems is Sifflet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sifflet helps me to transmit the knowledge of data assets through the data catalog and the business glossary, which is a significant gain. It facilitates monitoring with daily alerts. The Sifflet team has thought of many use cases and allows for the creation of monitors in a fairly massive/automatic way for standard tests, and to perform much more customized tests via SQL (or via AI assistant). The ML-based monitors are also very useful.

**Official Response from Romain Doutriaux:**

> Thank you for the thoughtful review! We are delighted to hear that Sifflet is helping you successfully transmit data knowledge through the catalog and business glossary—bridging that gap between assets and business context is exactly why we built the platform.
Regarding your suggestion about interacting with Sifflet directly via Slack commands: You hit on a key part of our vision. We are moving beyond simple 'alerts' toward two-way interaction.
We are actively developing this capability as part of our Embedded Intelligence roadmap. Specifically, we are working on an MCP (Model Context Protocol) Server for Slack, which will allow users to query Sifflet agents, ask about incident status, and retrieve health details directly within your Slack channels, without switching contexts.
In the meantime, our Q1 2026 Roadmap includes Enhanced Alerting with customizable templates to make the notifications you currently receive richer and more actionable,.
We really value your partnership—please keep the feature requests coming!

  ### 20. Using Sifflet as Analytics Engineer after several month

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akim v. | Analytics Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Sifflet?**

The UI and UX are pleasant to use.
There are good integrations to work with different data stacks.
The tool is responsive.
There are wide configurations for monitors and what data quality checks we want to keep track of.
The ability of the company to iterate quite rapidly to implement or improve features.

**What do you dislike about Sifflet?**

I can't say I do not love the following, but as we don't see the need to use them, I feel the data catalog and glossary are tools that are probably nice to have for some team, but in our case is completly useless.
I do like the slack integration however I'm waiting for big improvements (templating and shape, to get more dense/lighter messages) on how the alerts are sent and hoping for auto-resolve.

**What problems is Sifflet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This provides continuous alerts on data anomalies, with more or less granular configurations if required.
Configuration of these monitors is relatively straightforward, through an interface that non-developers can understand.
The results are interactive and graphically explicit enough to give a better picture of the problem encountered, and can be easily shared with other users.

**Official Response from Romain Doutriaux:**

>
Thank you so much for your positive feedback!
We're delighted to hear that you find Sifflet's UI and UX pleasant, and that our integrations and responsiveness meet your needs. Your insights on the data catalog and glossary, as well as your suggestions for improving our Slack integration, are invaluable.
We continuously strive to enhance our product to better serve our users.

We have worked with Sifflet for around 2 years now. That includes many teams from acorss our organization that work with data, or use data to make decisions.

Issues are identified sooner from an Engineers perspective, we can proactively catch them and avoid awkward conversations with Stake Holders.

The Customer Support is another massive benefit of working with this company, they offer great indibidualistic approach, quick responses/support. And are always looking to improve their product based on feedback. It's refershing after many companies do the exact opposite.

**What do you dislike about Sifflet?**

Lineage Tracking can become quite confusing at time, especiall with complicated architecture in Data Warehouses.

**What problems is Sifflet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping completely track lineage across many data assets. The automated monitoring and slack messages are also great help and speed error catching.

  ### 23. A friendy user interface that could become more friendly with some improvements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Sifflet?**

Capacity to create&deploy DQ monitor rules easily from UI or using deploy as code module
Capacity to add multiple tag values on any DQ monitor rules to facilitate filtering criteria based on those tags values, asset, severity values..
Capacity to use both search bar criteria (status of last DQ moniror runs combined with some predefined attributes such as severity, last run date..and free text to type to search for Monitor names).
Capacity to pin any DQ monitor or Asset to get a bookmark access from Dashboard pane
Capacity to get for each incidents the detailed list of compromised Dashboards (Power BI reports in our case)

**What do you dislike about Sifflet?**

Data lineage module should be enriched by adding to filter pane :
- Capacity to expand in one click all assets linked to initial targeted asset in order to get a full picture of upstream and downstream linked assets.
- Capacity to view for each existing DQ monitor type (ReferentialIntegrity, DuplicatePercentage..) corresponding consolidated number of incidents present on targeted asset and ideally from filter pane possibility to refine incident number per type of monitor run we want to highlight on targeted asset and also possibility to refine each consolidated DQ monitor incident type number per severity level.
- On Incident module possibility to group into one incident multiple distinct DQ monitor alerts that are concerning same asset but on distinct columns for instance but applying to one common dimension value (country for instance) in order to mutualize all of these incidents into one unique ticketing creation process and root cause analysis to address to asset owner.
- Possibility to put on hold or snooze mode recurring DQ monitor alert on same asset and same grouping dimension value that is repeating over and over again on a daily basis if error threshold value is quite identical from one day to another.

**What problems is Sifflet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SIFFLET provides an unified platform to collect assets from distinct environment and technology (database, dashboarding solution) in order to check impact of any DQ monitor breach on all of our kind of assets and this analysis can be segregated per specific dimension such as country or solution.
It provides also some data cataloging module to provide some semantic and business logic to our existing data asset.

  ### 24. Sifflet is a game changer for data observability!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bolade F. | Lead data analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Sifflet?**

For me, the ease at which I can monitor my data freshness, quality and lineage is the game changer. The seamless integration with other technologies in our data analytics stack, especially dbt and Bigquery, makes it a useful addition to building a modern data stack in my company. It's also been really useful for our stakeholders to easily and quickly find their data assets and business terminologies and definitions.

**What do you dislike about Sifflet?**

For the purpose for which Sifflet was made, I'm yet to see a downside.

**What problems is Sifflet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

data governance

  ### 25. My Sifflet Story

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yashwanth T. | Data engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Sifflet?**

User interface
Monitoring section
Rules for consistency, completenes, accurecy
Incident assign and resoultions

**What do you dislike about Sifflet?**

Not much but recently when we were trying sifflet we didnot see the query or code which broke that rules or the rows which failed to comply with that rules

**What problems is Sifflet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Basically, Common data quality issues include missing values, duplicate records, incorrect data formats, inconsistent data values, outdated information, and data entry errors.

Helpful in Identify the root causes of data quality issues by analyzing data sources, processes, and systems.

Today we got immediate alert for one of the table went empty then we resolved the issue ASAP

  ### 26. Useful in spotting problems and setting multiple monitors

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rodrigo S. | Data Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Sifflet?**

I am a data engineer in charge of data quality in my company and, with Sifflet, I am able to perform multiple quality checks (nulls, seasonality patterns, invalid values...) very easily and quickly.
So far, after a few days of usage, I have spotted a few problems (for instance, invalid regex) that were under the radar.

**What do you dislike about Sifflet?**

The main problem with Sifflet for me, is the number of available monitor templates, which can be overwhelming for new users. I would say the learning curve is rather steep for Sifflet.

**What problems is Sifflet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems:
- Data quality (assuring data conformity and compliance with business rules)
- Data observability (make sure we process consistent volume of data daily for our import/export flows)

Benefits (so far):
- Spotting data problems (high number of null values, low volume of processed/ingested data)

  ### 27. Excellent Data Quality Took

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Siddarth K. | Experienced Data Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Sifflet?**

Sifflet is a great tool that helps us keep tabs on our Data Assets efficiently. After implementing the tool into our Infrastructure, we've been able to keep spot issues quickly and fix them immediately. We've seen a steady decline in end user complaints about missing or errornous data. With the excellent tool, the team behind it has also been nothing short of supportive and patient with any queries or questions we have.

**What do you dislike about Sifflet?**

The only downside I see is that with the tool being quite fresh, a lot of changes stops the user from familiarising themselves with the product. But these changes make the product better in the long run...so not really a downside.

**What problems is Sifflet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Spotting Issues in the Data Pipeline before it's visible by the Data End user
- Ensuring certain calculated metrics are propagated similarly along different branches in the pipeline

**Official Response from Romain Doutriaux:**

> Thank you so much for your positive feedback!
We're delighted to hear that Sifflet has helped you efficiently monitor your data assets and reduce end-user complaints. It's great to know our tool and team have been supportive and beneficial to your operations.
We appreciate your patience with the frequent updates, and we're committed to making continuous improvements. If you have any further suggestions or questions, please feel free to reach out.
We're here to help!

  ### 28. Data quality game changer

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sriharsha G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Sifflet?**

It's been 6 months since we started using Sifflet. Multiple teams inside our company use Sifflet now. It has made us proactive in find out data issues instead of being reactive after data issue has been raised.

Sifflet is game changer, we have been able to identify issues sooner, within a day or two and take actions to resolve it, potentially saving us revenue.

One major aspect that Sifflet excels is in creating monitors that checks the discrepancy between tables.

Sifflet is helping to build more trust in our data.

In terms of ease of use - Some parts are intuitive, some parts took us some time to get used to.

And last but not least, our interaction with Sifflet has been great. They are welcoming, knowledgeable. They support us whenever we have issues/questions.

**What do you dislike about Sifflet?**

There is a considerable amount of effort in getting onboarded to Sifflet. We need to create monitor/s for each of table/view instead of Sifflet auto-monitoring completeness, freshness, schema changes.

At the same time, we have got overwhelmed many times with the number of alerts. We need to spend dedicated time everyday to make sure we mark the incident accordingly - False Positive, Fixed, Known Issue etc. So plan for it.

This sentence is probably limited to Bigquery and how queries are written in our company - Lineage isn't still complete. It has got better from the time we started, but still can't see all the tables in it.

**What problems is Sifflet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data Quality and Observabililty. We have been able to identify Data Quality issues as soon as it happens

  ### 29. A core component of our Data Strategy and Transformation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sami R. | Director of Data, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Sifflet?**

Sifflet is more than just data observability, sure that is the bread the butter. What I love is all the additional functionality such as the lineage, catalog, glossary and chrome extension. How Sifflet for me does this best is the deep interconnectivity of all these assets. I can start on place and deep dive and explore all the different elements and facets of a Data Product.

What I've found in my deployment is it has allowed different profiles of users from engineer, scientist, salesperson, marketer, journalist to better start in the area of observability/governance they are more comfortable with and learn what else is associated. It has deeply boosted our data quality and unity efforts.

We've labelled Sifflet our Data Library, because thats the powerful function it plays

**What do you dislike about Sifflet?**

Not a big issue but allowing to change the default role when signing up! Users get granted the system default role when SSO logging for the first time then we re-assign once they're in

**What problems is Sifflet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sifflet has allowed us to better understand, identify, and solve data breakages and quality issues. We have improved our global incident management and error management by 167% within 6 working weeks.

It has also aided in the knowledge management of different data assets and their relationships. We had a huge issue of single person dependency on knowledge of data until we got this tool.

  ### 30. A data observability tool with a lot of potential

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mezzour I. | Data enginner data plateform, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Sifflet?**

- A simple interface
- Metrics that we can easily calculate
- Clear dashboards on the tool's usage
- Top-notch service and support + good responsiveness to "bugs"
- A clear roadmap that can adapt to needs

**What do you dislike about Sifflet?**

- Create metrics only through the graphical interface and not in "data observability as code"
- A lineage that cannot be obtained by database
- Many manual actions to perform in the graphical interface

**What problems is Sifflet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Rapid detection of anomalies in the data
- Continuous monitoring of data quality
- Easier root cause detection with lineage
- Real-time identification of data errors
- Reduction of downtime due to data issues

**Official Response from Romain Doutriaux:**

> Thank you very much for your positive comment! We are delighted to know that you appreciate the simple interface of Sifflet, the clear dashboards, as well as our service and responsiveness. Your remarks on possibilities for improvement, such as the automation of certain actions, are valuable to us. We are continually working to improve our product to better meet your needs. If you have other suggestions or questions, feel free to contact us. We are here to help you!

  ### 31. A powerful data monitoring tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Sifflet?**

Sifflet is a powerful data observability platform that lets you set up alerts on your data with just a few clicks. We implemented it a few months ago in our company and have been using it every day since.
We can set up an infinite number of different monitors, forecasting the values of our data tables, customizable SQL monitors, ... and it's all very intuitive.
It's very easy to integrate Sifflet into Tableau dashboards. This lets us know, for example, if the graphs we're looking at haven't been updated as expected.
It's also very useful to be notified directly on slack or by e-mail in the event of an alert, rather than having to connect to the platform.

**What do you dislike about Sifflet?**

The Sifflet platform is still relatively young. As a result, there may occasionally be minor bugs. The Whistle team is very reactive to correct these bugs. These little bugs are really just a detail, and I've never encountered the slightest problem when setting up a monitor.

**What problems is Sifflet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Sifflet to set up slack alerts in case of bad synchronization of our data and also to check some key metrics (alerts if this KPI goes below a certain threshold, alerts if a certain value doesn't behave as expected by machine learning, ...).

  ### 32. Intuitive data observability platform suitable across a business

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Sifflet?**

- Intituitive to use
- Very quick to implement new requested features
- Works seamlessly with a variety of different technologies
- Quick support via Slack with issues remedied quickly

**What do you dislike about Sifflet?**

Needs more flexibility when it comes to building rules as per monitoring - more language support and greater customisation in terms of what can be outputted. Would also be useful to have a hierarichal access to rules allowing for rules to be specific for certain parts of the business

**What problems is Sifflet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows for rules to be applied on tables within Snowflake enabling the wider team be notified of any data quality checks. This saves a significant amount of time.

**Official Response from Romain Doutriaux:**

>
Thank you so much for your positive feedback!
We're thrilled to hear that you find Sifflet intuitive to use, quick to implement new features, and seamlessly compatible with various technologies.
Your feedback on the need for more flexibility in building monitoring rules and hierarchical access is invaluable.
We're continuously working on enhancing our product to better meet your needs.
If you have any further suggestions or questions, please feel free to reach out. We're here to help!

Some integrations could be stronger - for example, some dbt lineages are not always fully accurate, many api calls to Looker

**What problems is Sifflet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Data lineage
- Monitoring data sources

**What do you dislike about Sifflet?**

While Sifflet offers a plethora of advantages, one area that could see improvement is the user interface, which can be a bit overwhelming for new users due to the depth of features offered. A more intuitive design or enhanced onboarding could help new users better navigate and leverage the platform's full capabilities from day one.

**What problems is Sifflet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sifflet is addressing several critical issues for us, primarily around data quality and accessibility. By effectively identifying and resolving data quality issues, Sifflet helps us maintain high standards for the accuracy and reliability of our data. ### 36. Great for companies that wants to improve their data quality monitoring and observability.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Sifflet?**

1) Ease of use from Day One. Most of my team members find it easy to pick it up and apply it to their work.
2) We are lucky to have good customer success support, which faciliates learning and giving feedback. They have been responsive to our needs too.

**What do you dislike about Sifflet?**

1) Sifflet is still quite a new tool, and the breadth of integration is still not there yet.
2) Most of the operations still require us to work directly on the UI, but it will be good if they start allowing more API-based use-cases.
3) As we want to introduce it to other users, perhaps better user-level access controls to allow for diverse users (beyond data team) might be helpful.

**What problems is Sifflet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Get up to speed to start having data observability tools

  ### 38. Sifflet

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Sifflet?**

The way that you can easily visualise the whole data pipeline and explain where metrics come from easily

**What do you dislike about Sifflet?**

I've only been using Sifflet for a short time and haven't found any downsides yet

**What problems is Sifflet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

De-mystifying the data pipeline. I am the only analyst in my team, so being able to show the pipeline in a manner that is simple to understand really helps me communicate issues/projects more easily

**Official Response from Romain Doutriaux:**

> Thank you so much for your positive feedback!
We're thrilled to hear that Sifflet is helping you visualize and demystify your data pipeline. It's great to know that our platform is making it easier for you to communicate complex metrics and projects within your team.

  ### 39. Game changing for Cross Tool Visibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Sifflet?**

The capability to take a resource and trace its lineage back to raw resources.

**What do you dislike about Sifflet?**

N/A - At the moment don't have any disklies.

**What problems is Sifflet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reducing time to RCA for debgugging. This reduces platforom downtime/increases platform uptime.

  ### 40. Simple set up and usable results quickly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Restaurants | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Sifflet?**

Simple to use
Data quality monitors cover a wide variety of use cases, including writing your own SQL
lineage gives you column level breakdown
Domains and tags enable you to group like elements together
Nice monitor dashboard
Connectivity of monitors to mulitple communication tools.

**What do you dislike about Sifflet?**

Data quality monitors can tricky to parse setting up. You need to think through what you want to achieve.
Limited ETL and BI sources but more are in the pipeline.

**What problems is Sifflet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most warehouses end up a spaghetti mess of inter-connected tables and views. Sifflet helps you see where a problem has occured and understand the knock-on affect into other tables.

The monitors allow you to check data at the individual field level (is this value within an expected range?) to a more strategic level (is the volume of data processed in-line with average for the last x days?).

The lineage enables you to dive into an issue and understand the contagion of a problem into other tables and into reporting.

  ### 41. Excellent tool for adding data quality checks, monitoring, data catalog and lineage

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pallav S. | Data Architect, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Sifflet?**

Sifflet has a simple user interface and navigation with powerful functionality underneath. Lineage allows users to drill down into the relationship between tables and data assets and easily view the dependency graph for a given table or column. This makes it easy to understand the impact of data problems or outages. Best data lineage interface seen so far.
Auto-coverage feature, apply monitoring rules to an entire schema in a few clicks, step-by-step documentation speeds integration, and integration covers most popular BI tools as a source.

Also very active in adding new features and incorporating customer suggestions.

**What do you dislike about Sifflet?**

Nothing to complain about. They're still early in product development, so I'm expecting more features like how each code change affects data, and what happens to data and downstream dependent tables once the code is deployed, right in the pull request.

**What problems is Sifflet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was looking for a data observability solution that could list all data products, show lineage from source tables to user reports. Add data quality rules with minimal effort, detect anomalies and alert in a timely manner. Sifflet covers all of the above

  ### 42. A great tool for data lineage and cross platform overview

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zornitsa Z. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Sifflet?**

Sifflet is a great tool which provides full visibility of data lineage and dependencies across our organisation's data platform. It really covers everything - from where data comes from in Amazon S3, to how its transformed in dbt with different models and references, and how we surface it with our BI tool [QuickSight].

It is very useful that:

- the tool can be connected to different data sources, it allows great visibility for the team;

- it is the perfect start off tool for debugging and tracking dependencies;

- it has ability to drill down into actual columns and see what each model has;

- in our organisation we were able to integrate two different databases and monitor what is happening in both in parallel;

- communication with the team at Sifflet has been amazing as well. The whole team is very helpful, communicates clearly about new features and really considers product feedback;

**What do you dislike about Sifflet?**

The biggest one is tracking lineage when you have a very big model with lots of dependencies. It would be helpful if that tracking can be made more simpler, or at least be considered if people have very coupled models in their platforms.

**What problems is Sifflet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Main ones are:

- tracking data lineage and dependencies easily
- seeing relationships from multiple data sources

  ### 43. A cool data quality tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Henry C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Sifflet?**

- You can see your datasources classified in sources, asset types, status and usage.
- The UI is cool and really easy to use.
- You can setup alerts using custom sql.
- It has integrations with Postgres, Firebolt, Snowflake and other well known DB.

**What do you dislike about Sifflet?**

- The API is still in development, then you need to work in the web page to use the most of its features.
- Since it is a tool relatively new, there is not too much community to ask for help (although I haven't found necessary yet)

**What problems is Sifflet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To check problems in my data, for example if a field needs to be not null and suddenly it starts to be that way, I can be alerted in a short amount of time, and start to work in solutions.

  ### 44. Awesome sifflet

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** harshith g r g. | Process Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2023

Helps in data and meta data monitoring covering thousands of tables producing collaboration between engineers and consumers of the data.
Perfect accuracy of the datasets are maintained.
The organisation of data is clear and crisp which makes user to read it easily

**What do you dislike about Sifflet?**

I don't think I dislike anything on this since it helps us in monitoring the data assets, big chunks of data and also huge infrastructure in one place.
Ensures the reliability of pipelines and observe some of the schema changes overall

**What problems is Sifflet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Convenient to have data catalog along with data quality feature.Helps trouble shooting time by half and improvise the business users data observability Helps maintaining the data quality at scale

  ### 45. Peace of mind with your data

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Sifflet?**

I like the confidence Sifflet gives our team when it comes to detecting anomalies in our data.

**What do you dislike about Sifflet?**

It would be great to have a connection into Castor for us to showcase our data monitoring where we have a majority of our documentation.

**What problems is Sifflet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sifflet is keeping us up to date with the most recent changes/updates to all our different data sources. This allows us to work with peace of mind knowing we will be alerted with any major changes/anamolies.

  ### 46. Very impressed with Sifflets capabilities

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pierre T. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Sifflet?**

The thing I really like about sifflet is being able to look at the lineage of my data. It's such an easy platform to spot dependencies.

**What do you dislike about Sifflet?**

For it's use case to me, I've not really found anything I don't like or would view as a negative.

**What problems is Sifflet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whenever there is a issue or I need to change anything upstream, it makes it dead easy for me to track depencies

  ### 47. Sifflet data visualisation tool

**What do you dislike about Sifflet?**

There's no major dislikes in this tool. As it's new tool there some features and functionality needs to improve and api support would be helpful for the developers.

**What problems is Sifflet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 48. A great platform to drive data at scale!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Sifflet?**

The best part about the tool is that it did not put us through an initial heavy configuration. It seamlessly integrates with major cloud environments. Helped to leverage ML based rules to detect anomalies in the data.

**What do you dislike about Sifflet?**

There was no available Hadoop and Elastisearch Integrations. This is one of the biggest drawbacks for people using it for major dataloads. Apart from that no issues with the tool.

**What problems is Sifflet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped us with interacting with major workloads. Major benefit was integrations with S3 buckets to manage in the cloud data. The dashboard was unique with simple interaction.
