I like this beautiful instrument because of its super intuitive and user-friendly interface (both for admins and clients). We had a request to have a real-time word cloud option. Showroom created an even better version of word-cloud with an option of ranking repeating answers. We use Showroom at our welcome meetings with new hires and it is perfect for icebreaking activities and interaction with the audience. Also, Showroom managers are super professional in communication with clients, result-oriented and ready to assist 24/7.
