**What do you like best about Showroom?**

I work as a community manager in a non-profit. I can make and launch a poll in no time, even with logic jumps. The poll's results are shareable, and I can invite my colleagues to work on the poll itself.

**What do you dislike about Showroom?**

Analyzing 1000+ freeform answers we sometimes get is challenging. AI assistance would be nice.

**What problems is Showroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

⁃ We run polls to know the community opinion. From these opinions we make flashcards which we then post on social media.
 ⁃ We have live interviews with bloggers or influencers from time to time. Prior to such session, we collect community questions via the showroom's form which the blogger embeds into their blogpost.

**What do you like best about Showroom?**

+ beautifully crafted UX, both for folks submitting forms and for administrators
+ simple yet powerful, allowing for all functionality you'd expect from a survey builder
+ a great alternative to the incumbents if you're looking for beautiful forms and surveys

**What do you dislike about Showroom?**

- the UI is non-conventional and may look a bit like an art-project — requires a bit of time to get used to
– in the past, empty submissions were recorded alongside normal, making it a bit more difficult to control the results. But the team claims they fixed this!

**What problems is Showroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Beautiful online forms and surveys, accessible on both desktop and mobile.

**What do you like best about Showroom?**

The ability to customize almost everything is fantastic in Showroom. This tool is unique because you can upload photos, stylize the color themes, and create excellent interactive surveys for the team. Google Surveys looks like a beginner's tool in comparison to Showroom. Would highly recommend using Showroom - primarily if you work in the HR department and want to create beautiful and professional surveys for your team!

**What do you dislike about Showroom?**

Not everything is intuitive from the beginning, but you get the hang of it after a while. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

**What problems is Showroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asking for the team's opinion is not always easy, as it can cause low participation rates. With Showroom, those participation rates are going up due to the nature of the visual and logical aspects of the tool.

**What do you like best about Showroom?**

The simplicity of the interface is outstanding, both for survey creators and survey participants. I needed to create a survey for a marketing campaign. For me it was important that the respondent experience is great as it also represents my brand. And Showroom is perfect for that purpose! Their UI is very neat and clean.   Also, the survey creation process is very simple, just like editing a document.  I especially enjoyed the intuitive drag-and-drop branching.

**What do you dislike about Showroom?**

I think this tool is perfect for modern user-friendly surveys but may lack some features for traditional market research. For example, I lacked the feature that randomizes the order of response options. But the tool is actively developed so I hope they will add it in the future.

**What problems is Showroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I position my brand as modern, simple and convenient, so it's essential that the third-party tool I use for surveys conveys the same message to the audience. There are many survey tools out there, but Showroom gives my audience the level of user experience that I need.

User-friendly interface, very well organized! I liked it much more than Google Forms. It seems to be a nice tool for quizzes, and not only - I will definitely find other options to use it.

I didn't see any things that would dissapoint me.

**What do you like best about Showroom?**

l like this beautiful instrument because of its super intuitive and user-friendly interface (both for admins and clients). We had a request to have a real-time word cloud option. Showroom created even better version of word-cloud with a option of ranking repeating answers.  We useShowroomon at our welcome meetings with new hires and it is perfect for icebreakirg activities and interaction with the audience. Also, Showroom managers are super professional in communication with clients, result-oriented and ready to assist 24/7. They are always here to answer questions. give video-instructions and solve any problems.

**What do you dislike about Showroom?**

I'd like to collaborate on some projects with my colleagues. Another thing I feel lack of is an option to dernostrate results in real-time mode when people are voting and you can see results dynimically appearing on the screen.

**What problems is Showroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wen looking for the instrument that would replace menti and google forms. Showroom has all  the tools gathered in one. You can set the logic of questionnaire. you can make quires, rateandvote. There's everything to engage your audience and make long talks and difficult topics entertaining, dynamic and unforgettable.

**What do you like best about Showroom?**

As a commercial writer, I use Showroom in my work to create educational and marketing quizzes for my clients. For example, every month I run a small aviation quiz for an airline company. Another example are questionnaires to support the HR brand of a large retail division.

**What do you dislike about Showroom?**

The only thing I miss is the collaboration feature: it would be convenient to give the client access to the quiz so that they make the necessary corrections themselves. Anyway, I am happy with Showroom. I made several thousand dollars with its help.

**What problems is Showroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like that Showroom is intuitive. It is so easy to create a project that I just do it directly, without first making a draft in a text editor. I like that questions have branching, which helps me to avoid writing instructions like "If you answered "yes" to the previous question, then...".

**What do you like best about Showroom?**

I tried using Showroom for a customer research project, and could not switch back to Google Forms, which I had been  previously using for years. I liked that Showroom's interface was unobtrusive: it did not stand in my way while allowing me to do my thing. There was a bunch of fancy templates to start with. I would also note that the support channel is also quite responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Showroom?**

I really missed the "go back" button in the survey. Turned out, Showroom already had that in roadmap. I also miss things like Apple Pay or a per-project pricing instead of subscription.

**What problems is Showroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Showroom polls in my customer development related activities. The tool gives me everything I need. I found plots/graphs on the resulting report to be especially useful.

**What do you like best about Showroom?**

As a small business owner, I use Showroom for customer development and to collect feedback for current projects. Also, I do quizzes to get to know the audience and to collect material for my media and marketing departments. I like the easiness of getting a quiz or a survey together: it is almost as quick as Instagram or Telegram, but richer, and also anonymous, which results in better and more honest responses.

**What do you dislike about Showroom?**

I'd love to have more tools for collaborative work with my colleagues. It would be nice to have more options to customize the quizzes, like adding logos, branding colors and so on.

**What problems is Showroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Product cast dev — it helps us cut costs and create the products the market needs. 
Collecting data for creative campaigns — we do all marketing in house, and it helps us delivery the content faster.

**What do you like best about Showroom?**

I use Showroom in educational quizzes, but the possibilities of this tool are endless. 

Showroom is an easy-to-use quiz tool. I like how simple it is to create and connect questions.  And in a few minutes get an educational quiz for kids. 
I don't use templates, I like to create quizzes from scratch. 

The interaction is super intuitive and gives you options to create exactly what you need.

Logic jumps with just drag and drop is my favorite part of the interface.

**What do you dislike about Showroom?**

I've been using it for some pretty simple purposes and Showroom performed great.

**What problems is Showroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can make a beautiful, engaging style. Children listen to the tales with their parents, learn the language, and then go through quizzes on each tale. This helps us to keep the level of involvement. 

We regularly use this tool in educational sessions for children. Through gamification, we get ideas, new users for subsequent marketing communications.

**What do you like best about Showroom?**

Showroom has an amazing data slicing for the survey results. The questions editing and overall editing interface are a blessing.

**What do you dislike about Showroom?**

You can't filter out some survey results (e.g. test completions)  so it might skew your data a bit.

**What problems is Showroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customers surveys, NPS like surveys, customers forms. We use Showroom to give our customers a great way to provide feedback for us.

**What do you like best about Showroom?**

It offers a great drag and drop feature for creating customer surveys which we use on monthly basics.

Special thanks for the ability to connect to Google Sheets. It is very beneficial. We simply collect customer feedback and create reports just by using one tool.

And I want to mention the price, super welcoming.

I would like more customisation. But overall, we have everything we need to gather feedback for our task.
