**What do you like best about ShowingSuite?**

Great for busy agents without assistannts.  This software takes care of all the scheduling, eliminating emailing and calling other agents and their offices.

**What do you dislike about ShowingSuite?**

Evertything was great.  No problems at all.

**What problems is ShowingSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eliminates about 90% of the back and forth emails and phoen calls regarding setting up and approving showngs.

Simplicity for the person answering the survey, flexibility, ability to send followups to those who do not answer

**What do you dislike about ShowingSuite?**

This is quickly becoming obsolete as CSS and Supra programs offer showing surveys as well

**Recommendations to others considering ShowingSuite:**

If you operate a large team with a lot of listings, this may be appropriate

**What do you like best about ShowingSuite?**

The ease of having automatic emails sent to agents requesting feedback on our listings, and having that feedback emailed directly to me.

**What do you dislike about ShowingSuite?**

That our MLS doesn't sync with Showing Suite automatically and I must enter listings manually.

**What problems is ShowingSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting feedback more quickly means we can pass it on to sellers more quickly.
