My company's products are distributed globally. PriceSpider reporting has helped us gain a better understanding of the final destinations for the retail versions of our products and the prices at which they are being offered. PriceSpider has also provided us with trackable product links that enable us to connect end-users to local retail purchasing options, along with informative reporting of sales outcomes. While this isn't really something to dislike, the coverage of retailers varies from country to country, and the level of reporting cooperation from individual retailers also varies. Such variability is to be expected, but it also requires PriceSpider's customers to understand where and how that variability may influence the reporting, in order to draw the most accurate conclusions. My company has a well-known international brand, but does not sell directly to end users. The Where-to-Buy solution of pricespider is an importal tool to support a seamless costumer journey on our manufacturer website for end costumers and to build up and drive partnerships with our retailers. We are working with the pricespider team for many years and we are super happy with the support and consultancy how we can improve our business. The commitment of the team cannot be put into words and is incredibly professional. I also want to highlight that the onboarding of new retailers by the team is uncomplicated and fast. For products that do not have ability to sell online or are catalogue sites this is extremely helpful to still have a website but also be able to send customers to where they can actually purchase the product.
