Shop Rate Reviews & Product Details

Shop Rate shows independent auto repair shops the labor rate they actually collect, not just the rate they post. Upload last month's repair orders as a CSV from Tekmetric, Shopmonkey, Mitchell 1 Manager SE or Shop-Ware, or a spreadsheet, and it works out your real hourly rate. It then shows where the difference went: discounts, hours written down on tickets, unbilled diagnostic time and comebacks, sorted by size with the costliest tickets named. The rate is calculated correctly, total labor dollars over total billed hours, with sublet left out. All you need is your posted rate and your file. $99 a month for US shops. 14 days free, no card.
