Additionally, having all the information I need about our cap table readily available at my fingertips is robust. I also love being able to automatically upload quarterly investor reports into the system and issue them to our shareholders. They have gone above and beyond our expectations in many instances. **What do you dislike about Fidelity Private Shares?** The biggest pain point is the inability to naturally edit earlier stages of a workflow without erasing work that was done in a later stage. That being said, their customer success team has gone above and beyond to complete this work behind the scenes to avoid duplicative work. In addition, the product has improved greatly in the year that I have been using it (new features, enhanced speed). **What problems is Fidelity Private Shares solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Shoobx for both cap table management and HR workflows. The HR workflows are great for earlier-stage companies that allow an organization to cut down on superfluous legal expenses while also providing the legal protections based upon the jurisdictions in which you operate (offer letters tailored to each state, documenting change forms). The inclusion of the HR workflows is a nice financial benefit compared to a pure cap table management platform. ### 23. They offered me several incentives, and they have a bigger market share. A couple things swayed me to Shoobx. First, they actually combine the data room, the HR workflows, and the cap table management stuff into one platform. Which is really what we needed more than we needed just a cap table management product. Second, the customer support and sales process was fabulous. Now I've been with Shoobx for almost three years, and I have to say - the actual ongoing support you receive AFTER the contract is signed is unbeatable. If you email them with a question, they will oftentimes be back to you in less than an hour. When I did a financing, Shoobx has a team that entered everything in on my behalf for $1,000! Probably saved me like $5,000 in legal fees having an associate at the law firm do it. Free 409A report - super efficient. Honestly I'm demanding and annoying and easily frustrated - I'm short on time and I just need things to work or get fixed quickly. These guys deliver and I'll never go anywhere else. **What do you dislike about Fidelity Private Shares?** I think the only downside of Shoobx is that most folks are less familiar with using it than Carta. Support is great though. **What problems is Fidelity Private Shares solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are always willing to listen and evaluate if the problem the user is experiencing should be related to a tech upgrade or if it is just a "one-off" type problem. ### 26.
