One of the things I find a bit lacking is the modeling tools for scenario analysis. They do have modeling tools, but from my understanding, it's more useful once you have a deal firmed up and know what your planned offer is, rather than being used for exploring different scenario analyses. I like how easy everything is, and their customer service is top notch. I can call from anywhere - domestic or international, free of charge. There's always someone to help. Placing orders and navigating my way around is totally simple. Sometimes I use it a few times a week; other times I might not use it but once or twice a month.
