I find Fidelity Private Shares incredibly functional and easy to use.. The ability to store information and share it with the investor base is very important. I also appreciate the ability to issue stock option grants and restricted stock grants electronically, which is very, very valuable. Additionally, having all the information I need about our cap table readily available at my fingertips is robust. I also love being able to automatically upload quarterly investor reports into the system and issue them to our shareholders. I always felt like there was a strong system backing the platform, and the team made me feel comfortable asking questions, no matter how small. I like how easy everything is, and their customer service is top notch. I can call from anywhere - domestic or international, free of charge. There's always someone to help. Placing orders and navigating my way around is totally simple. Sometimes I use it a few times a week; other times I might not use it but once or twice a month.
