ShipX is offered under a subscription-based model. As a fully web-based solution, no local installation is required—users can access the platform directly from any modern web browser. Any necessary IT infrastructure for access (workstations, internet connection, etc.) remains the client’s responsibility.
Billing is issued monthly based on the agreed number of users, with the option for the client to adjust this number as needed. Any consulting or training services are invoiced at the end of each month.
Unless otherwise specified in the client agreement, the subscription may be canceled at any time without penalty. In such cases, only the fees for the current month will apply.
