I really appreciate ShipX - Shipping Rates & Rules for its amazing customer support. They reply instantly and can fix any problems straight away. The platform is excellent, and the software works perfectly. If there are any glitches, they're solved right away. It's extremely easy to set up; I had a great experience on a video call with a team representative who set everything up for me. The software allows us to charge customers the correct shipping rates, which is a big improvement from before when we were losing money on shipping.
