**What do you like best about ShipperGuide TMS?**

I am able to handle all of our transporation needs in one location. I am also able to keep track shipments in transit with their tracking feature. If I have any issues their support team can easily assist and fixing the issues.

**What do you dislike about ShipperGuide TMS?**

Most of our shipments have multiple stops. I feel it could be a little easier to change/rearrange the order but it also works the way it set up now.

ShipperGuide makes it easier to compare rates that carriers submit so I can always get the best rate.

**What do you like best about ShipperGuide TMS?**

ShipperGuide has helped us streamline our freight operations through effective vetting of brokers, rapid and cost effective awarding of shipments with piece of mind, improving efficiencies by reducing confusing email chatter, and insightful analytics and reporting. The ShipperGuide team is consistently supportive and eager to collaborate on ways to enhance the platform in ways to support their customers' needs.

**What do you dislike about ShipperGuide TMS?**

Adding a tool geared towards a boker/carrier scorecard would be helpful. Also, including total mileage and volume awarded to each broker/carrier is beneficial for companies with sustainability goals, focusing on carbon footprint and emissions. I suggest ShipperGuide looks into ways to partner with SmartWay - an EPA program that helps the freight transportation sector improve supply chain efficiency and track performance to reduce transportaion-related emissions.
Integrating ShipperGuide and Opendock, something as simple as instructions and a link to book appointments for awarded shipments. Tying dock appointments (late pick ups, cancellations, rescheduling, etc) can be applied to broker/carrier scorecards.

Efficient and cost effective awarding of shipments. Reporting of freight spend.

**What do you like best about ShipperGuide TMS?**

I like how i can see where the market is- as well as see all of the quotes right there. There is a lot ease with being able to make a coutner off right there without having to go off site or to a new window. I do also enjoy that there are not a lot of emails coming through and that everything is on the site. I use this site almost everyday for most of my loads.

**What do you dislike about ShipperGuide TMS?**

I do not have lot of dislikes for this- the only thing is thatit is easy to stay comfortable with the rates given instead of the negoation that does go into bidding for a load. There are some minor bug problems that do occur on the browser such as not loading a lane or the inability to find a location when trying ot create a lane- but most times it is easy to refresh or exit the site and then come back in to fix.

I belive this is saving the time of sending out countless emails- by having all brokers/carriers here in once place and having them bid in said place.

It's a very good way of sending our lanes to our carriers to participate, every need I have it's fulfilled and approached with the best attitude possible

We've come a long way together, every improvement on the system is explained very clearly, if I need any correction on the RFPs published the requirement is met almost immediately, also with our carriers I love that they can approach the platform with the team and are help with the best service. We find interesting that we can manage our loads from the same service, but are not completly ready to make the complete change to another form of operation, we are working with the team to consider it

Having all of my loads seperated out to show their progress in the bidding, scheduling, shipping and delivery process makes things so much simplier. Working with the Shipper Guide team during setup and intergration has been the best experience. These individuals put forth every ounce of energy and are dedicated to mkaing sure we are able to see the benefits. I use this daily and have to say that it's improved my time management and makes communicating with my carriers much simplier.

I can't honestly say there has been dislikes. Working with the ShipperGuide team has allowed me to offer up ideas that makes ShipperGuide customizable for our needs.

Using ShipperGuide is super easy and user friendly, I am able to get an immediate rate for quoting purposes and not bother others.

HOnestley there are no downsides to using SG, maybe better reporting capabilites by the user and not having to ask the account rep to run these for us.

ShipperGuide is allowing me to check out freight rates and not have to go back to emails and try and find rates. It keeps everything organized.

**What do you like best about ShipperGuide TMS?**

Being able to get shipper rates and compare to market rates is a game changer. Consolidating all carrier messages and rates into one tool for easy access, able to generate reports based on data. The ShipperGuide team are quick to respond to issues and easy to work with to develope new modules and reports. Impementation is also super easy, being on a web portal there is little that needs to be done.

**What do you dislike about ShipperGuide TMS?**

They discontinued their relationship with DAT loosing some market data.

Allowing our traffic teams to get best freight rates and manage data.

ShipperGuide is user friendly and is a great resource when planning ahead on freight loads. I use it primarily when estimating freight for upcoming jobs. Appreciate the cusotmer support when questions arrise.It is easy to implement and integrate into any system you are currently using. I use it on a daily basis!

I can not come up with any major dislikes with the system. At this time, I do not use it to book carriers.

This plateform is very user friendly. It is very useful that it stores contracted rates so you can easily tender them over to the carriers. I like how the rates are stored in ShipperGuide so you can look back to see what the rate was on a certain lane.

Wish you could tender out multiple trucks at the same time.

Miles calculator does not match our TMS. They are working on making them match.

It's user friendly.  It allows us to plug in our carriers, customers, and suppliers. Saves us time and allows us to save money.

The print is too small on the bill of ladings created using Shipperguide.

Allows us to use one platform when interacting with our carriers and has eliminated all the emails previously being sent and received.  It also allows us to better manage the rates we are getting from our carriers by providing benchmark rates.

Having everything in one place.  Contracts and comparisons of each carrier is just a click away.  Customer support  is attentive and quick with resolutions.   The transition for the most part was seamless, integration took a little tweaking but was pretty easy.

Entering contracts for the various lanes due the weight of the product shipping variances.

The best features of ShipperGuide are the data and reporting available to us, the ability to execute spot quotes in a few clicks, and the functionality to organize RFPs/contracts with multiple lanes into one neat pacakge.

Occasionally minor technical difficulties, but this is something that will exist with any software. Overall, a great product.

The greatest benefit our company has seen from ShipperGuide is the transparency that comes with their reporting functionality. We've been able to use this to gain some freight insights that weren't possible with our previous processes.

Shipperguide allows our company to build a database of our shipping information and allows us to review our cost metrics/KPI's.

Shipperguide is fairly new to the marketplace so they're continually making enhancements as time goes on.  It's not a bad thing, we just have to adjust to the changes.

The ShipperGuide application is extremely helpful for us when communciating with carriers and brokers, and has reduced our workload tremendously rather than requesting RFPs through email. Their support is very responsive and always helpful. The developers listen to our concerns and suggestions and we are very engaged in the development process for future improvements.

There is nothing I dislike about this application. The developers listen to every concern we have regarding any issues that come up.

ShipperGuide has improved the workflow of our RFP process and saves us hours of work, while allowing us to receive more quotes in less time and reduce our freight costs.

This service is easy to use and the flow of entering an order works well. Pricing is fair and quotes are fast.

**What do you dislike about ShipperGuide TMS?**

Wish Hazmat entering was on the first page. The NMFC search doesn't work very well. Virtually no ability to edit a quote after you've submitted.

All my freight carriers are in one spot, so I don't have to shop around. ShipperGuide does it for me.

Having multiple carrier options from LTL to Truckload in one platform makes our shipping processes efficient and easy to execute.

**What do you dislike about ShipperGuide TMS?**

I think this is a trick question.  There really isn't anything to dislike about ShipperGuide.

**What problems is ShipperGuide TMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The LTL function is great.  But ShipperGuide has enabled our load planners to automate the quoting and tendering process for our truckload shipments.  All of our shipments are rated and tendered within minutes.  It's great to feel confident a task is completed correctly and quickly, so we can move on to the next job.

It only tracks trucks, not rail or containers.

**What do you like best about ShipperGuide TMS?**

The capability to connect with carriers who do not have a loadsmart account. You can connect with users as well as non-users of loadsmart through this loadboard.

**What do you dislike about ShipperGuide TMS?**

Slow rollout of new features. The support is very nice and friendly, but the platform is slow to rollout some of the new features we've been asking for a while now.

Loadsmart is solving the disconnect we've been seeing with the market prior to acquiring it. Covering loads has never been so easy and loadsmart makes the tendering process seamless.
