Adding a tool geared towards a boker/carrier scorecard would be helpful. Also, including total mileage and volume awarded to each broker/carrier is beneficial for companies with sustainability goals, focusing on carbon footprint and emissions. I suggest ShipperGuide looks into ways to partner with SmartWay - an EPA program that helps the freight transportation sector improve supply chain efficiency and track performance to reduce transportaion-related emissions.
Integrating ShipperGuide and Opendock, something as simple as instructions and a link to book appointments for awarded shipments. Tying dock appointments (late pick ups, cancellations, rescheduling, etc) can be applied to broker/carrier scorecards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
