What do you like best about Shipox?

I am able to view all my deliveries on one screen, allocate drivers based on the heat map, and monitor the delivery status. I like that I can manage my orders and their delivery time and have no worries where my ordered items are and when they will come. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shipox?

The driver app is not very polished and is missing some key features. The customers have also complained that they struggle to change delivery statuses and get directions inside the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It helped us to automate our shipping process which was very time cosuming activity. Earlier we had to select delivery partner manually by searching pincodes in excel.

Before using shipox we were using only 2 delivery partners for shipping products. Shipping cost provided by them was quite higher.

After integrating shipox we able to select delivery partner based on cost.
