I like that I can manage my orders and their delivery time and have no worries where my ordered items are and when they will come. **What do you dislike about Shipox?** The driver app is not very polished and is missing some key features. The customers have also complained that they struggle to change delivery statuses and get directions inside the app. **What problems is Shipox solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have benefited from utilizing Shipox to plan my trips more efficiently and completes them quicker. It is effective in informing the clients about the status of the delivery, and it has minimized the number of status inquiries that I receive. ### 2. Earlier we had to select delivery partner manually by searching pincodes in excel. Now after integrating it with our erp, suitable delivery partner gets assigned automatically to our shipments. You can ship orders using their website also. **What do you dislike about Shipox?** As of now we didn't faced any issue with it. **What problems is Shipox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before using shipox we were using only 2 delivery partners for shipping products. Shipping cost provided by them was quite higher. After integrating shipox we able to select delivery partner based on cost. It can be integrated with any ERP easily. **What do you dislike about Shipox?** We are using it since last 3 to 4 years and we didn't faced any issue till now. **What problems is Shipox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Earlier we had to manually evaluate and select courier on the basis of pin code, weight, urgency etc. After integrating shipox with our ERP we able to select best courier for our shipment at the time of order processing.
