SHIIFT Training Reviews & Product Details

SHIIFT Training is the health and safety training division of Myriad Global Media. The team develops digital training solutions designed to improve workplace safety awareness, enhance employee knowledge retention, and deliver consistent training across teams and locations. Solutions are available in multiple formats to suit industry requirements, learning objectives, and training environments. We provide our services for almost any location and in any language, and boast an over 30-year long history of servicing the leading companies in energy, construction, manufacturing, etc. Main training formats include: • 3D safety videos – Animated visualizations for demonstrating hazards, correct procedures, and safe work practices. Useful for complex or hazardous scenarios that are difficult to replicate in real life. • Live-action safety videos – Filmed on location or in controlled environments to show realistic workplace procedures and equipment handling. • 2D safety videos – Cost-effective, illustrated animations for clear communication of safety guidelines. • Interactive eLearning modules – Self-paced, online training courses with quizzes, assessments, and progress tracking. • Mouse/keyboard-controlled web or desktop training simulations – Interactive desktop environments for replicating workplace tasks and decision-making processes, without the commonly experienced motion sickness from VR simulations. • VR training simulations – Fully immersive training scenarios for high-risk or high-cost environments, allowing employees to practice procedures in a safe, virtual space. Benefits of SHIIFT Training solutions: • Realistic hazard demonstration – 3D and live-action formats allow workers to see potential hazards before encountering them on the job. • Improved learning retention – Visual and interactive elements help reinforce safety protocols more effectively than text-based training. • Safe practice for high-risk procedures – VR and simulation-based training allow employees to practice emergency responses or hazardous tasks without real-world risks. • Scalable and consistent delivery – Digital formats ensure all employees receive the same quality and detail of training, regardless of location. • Adaptability to different industries – Formats can be tailored for manufacturing, construction, energy, transport, and other sectors with specific compliance needs. • Customizable content – Training materials can be aligned with company policies, regulatory requirements, or site-specific safety procedures. Typical uses for SHIIFT Training solutions: • Site induction training for new employees or contractors. • Refresher courses for ongoing safety compliance. • Incident response and emergency preparedness drills. • Equipment handling and maintenance procedure training. • Hazard recognition and risk assessment exercises. Digital safety training reduces the need for repeated in-person demonstrations, minimizes workplace downtime, and provides measurable progress tracking. By combining video, animation, simulation, and immersive VR, organisations can deliver effective training that supports compliance and improves workplace safety culture.
