There is opprtunity in the system and I believe it works in a daily setting but there is some kinks in the onboarding. **What do you dislike about SHIFT?** Getting started with Shift is honestly a huge pain, they don't want to collbaorte with other outside agencies and programs. The support seems pretty aloof and disreguards my teams actual needs. Ended up terminating the program for our buiness. **What problems is SHIFT solving and how is that benefiting you?** Shift is a valuble training tool that's used to educate, train and test my employees, it can customized to monitier specific behaviors folks take while testing. ### 3. Our company has used this software for many years to develop virtual courses for our clients. SHIFT has exceeded our expectations in managing our workflow, from Instructional Design management to graphic design and voiceover, all thanks to its artificial intelligence. **What do you dislike about SHIFT?** Our customers are extremely satisfied with SHIFT **What problems is SHIFT solving and how is that benefiting you?** SHIFT automates our processes and that allows us to have satisfied customers, extraordinary delivery times, and increased profitability. ### 4. But, if I could say somethinig to improve, it could be "the animations" and that the customer has the opportunity to change the tracking bar (more customizable). **What problems is SHIFT solving and how is that benefiting you?** Shift has an excelent system to resolve any mistake that you have. The voice is noticeably robotic. There isn't much variety in voices. **What problems is SHIFT solving and how is that benefiting you?** Benefit initially from the speed at which courses and content can be created quickly. ### 8.
