You can even select tabs to work with without opening the file it self. The interface is really easy to use. You can get started instantly. It's very easy to connect all the files you want to connect and sync them on google sheets. This is a very time saving feature. Several templates are available and they are worth exploring. They connect with various files and sync the data on the mother file and also provide visualisaiton. Tutorials for templates are helpful as well. Uploading a file from excel to google sheets is all very convenient via the interface.
