## About SharpKeeper
SharpKeeper is facility work order software that consolidates maintenance requests into one system. It accepts requests via text, email, QR codes, and web forms, allowing submissions without portal login. All requests enter a centralized queue for facilities teams to manage. The platform uses a routing system with categories and automated notifications to assign tasks to the right personnel. Status tracking lets teams monitor progress from submission to completion. SharpKeeper includes preventive maintenance for scheduling routine tasks. It supports unlimited users and requests with a flat monthly fee. Requesters use familiar channels, technicians work from a prioritized queue, and leaders access reports on workload and task completion. Setup includes guided assistance for workflows, configuring locations and categories, planning intake paths, and tuning routing and notifications.
