## About ShareControl Transparency
ShareControl Transparency is a solution built on Microsoft's Power Apps to meet the requirements (Human rights in Supply chain) of the Norwegian Transparency Act (åpenhetsloven). The system also contains features that may be beneficial in similar laws, such as "Le devoir de vigilance des entreprises", "Modern Slavery Act 2015", "Gesetz über die unternehmerischen sorgfaltspflichten in lieferketten" and "Proposal for a Directive on corporate sustainability due diligence (CSDDD)". With ShareControl Transparency you can easily collect information from all your suppliers in one system. In this way, you ensure control over your data in connection with ESG reporting on your suppliers. With integrations to Dynamics 365, there is also the possibility to import and export data between the systems. As the solution is built on Microsoft applications, questionnaires can be sent out via Customer Voice or Forms depending on the need. The data from the system can also be exported to Share Control's template (word) or in Excel. In this way, you can automate the reporting requirements (redegjørelse) according to the Norwegian Transparency Act (åpenhetsloven) and CSDDD. For businesses covered by the Norwegian Transparency Act, we have material that can be of help in complying with the requirements of the act. This applies to templates for investigations, ethical guidelines, country risk for violations of human rights and the steps in due diligence assessments.
