Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. SHARE replaces the disconnected mix of spreadsheets, phone calls, and manual processes that most transportation programs still rely on. The platform covers the full operational lifecycle: a real-time dispatch dashboard with live GPS tracking, AI-powered route optimization that adapts to rider demand throughout the day, trip scheduling for individual, recurring, and multi-passenger trips, fare collection through Stripe integration, and configurable reporting for ridership, on-time performance, compliance, and more. The platform supports fixed-route, on-demand, microtransit, flex-route, and demand-response operations, all from a single instance. Operators can run multiple service types simultaneously without switching between systems. Service rules, geofenced zones, capacity limits, and eligibility logic are all configurable from the admin portal. SHARE includes three applications: a web-based admin portal for dispatchers and managers, a driver app with turn-by-turn navigation and pre/post-trip inspection checklists, and a rider app available in 11 languages for self-service booking and live vehicle tracking. All three apps support full white-label branding, so riders and drivers see the operator's brand, not SHARE's. The platform is software-only and cloud-based. No proprietary hardware, no on-premise servers, no MDTs. Drivers use their own phones or a vehicle-mounted tablet. Updates deploy automatically.
