**What do you like best about SHAPESHIFT?**

It is easiest way to get started with bitcoin and trading.I like the Dashboard interface and it is very easy to use.Dashboard is real-time value of your portfolio and individual assets.it is true ownership of wallet.I am also like the Backup Wallet Option.

**What do you dislike about SHAPESHIFT?**

There is nothing to dislike.But Sometimes it hangs rarely.Login process is little bit Confusing for the first time for new users.This app is pretty much work in progress.

**What problems is SHAPESHIFT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When this app is updated and again it asks for login agian.Sometimes it happens and they are upgrading for their customers.it is helpful for me that often do not type my login credentials.

Shapeshift is the most reliable and safe for crypto exchange, it also supports more wallets and chains than any other free application. Its mobile-friendly app allows me to securely buy, sell, earn, track, and trade digital assets like Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc major feedback and advantage about this is that it is free to use.

**What do you dislike about SHAPESHIFT?**

There is nothing to be disliked about this application as it is the most reliable exchange platform I have ever come across.
