shamz.ai Reviews & Provider Details

shamz.ai is an AI front desk for businesses that get most of their customer contact over WhatsApp. It answers inquiries, books and reschedules appointments, and captures leads automatically, in fluent Khaleeji Arabic and English. Most small businesses in the Gulf run customer communication out of a WhatsApp inbox that someone has to watch manually. Messages arrive after hours, bookings get missed, and follow-up depends on whoever is free. shamz.ai handles those conversations around the clock and hands off to a human when the request needs one. Setup is self-service. Connect your WhatsApp Business number through embedded signup, point it at your calendar or store, and the assistant is live — no developers, no per-seat licensing. Native integrations include Shopify, WooCommerce, and Salla. Pricing is per conversation rather than per message or per agent. Used by salons, clinics, and e-commerce merchants across Bahrain, Kuwait, and the wider GCC.
