Shadow Key Reviews & Product Details

Shadow Key is an AI-assisted rental property maintenance coordination platform designed for small landlords and self-managing rental property owners. The platform helps landlords manage rental maintenance requests without the time-consuming work of calling contractors, collecting quotes, coordinating tenant availability, scheduling repairs, and following up on completed jobs. Tenants and property owners can submit maintenance requests, while Shadow Key coordinates with service professionals, gathers quotes, manages scheduling, and keeps everyone informed. Property owners remain in control of vendor selection, repair approvals, and expenses. Designed for landlords managing 1–10 rental properties, Shadow Key offers a practical alternative to traditional full-service property management for owners who want to outsource maintenance coordination without giving up control of their properties.
