The transcripts generated are spot on and this is not even the most epic part. Live interpretation and templates, you have to give to the team who thought and developed such a detailed product. Kudos to them. **What do you dislike about Shadow?** Nothing, I mean the tool itself is very simple and the support is really really good. **What problems is Shadow solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. Interpretation: Still in a trial phase but we are impressed with this function. This allow team members to communicate in the language of their choice,without the fear of losing the meaning in translation. 2. Templates : I can specify Shadow to focus on certain aspects more than others and it does it without breaking a sweat. 3. No Identity Crisis : I am not sure if anyone have paid attention to this, but Shadow identifies the speakers and their comments with 100% accuracy. ### 2.
