Settle Reviews & Product Details

Settle is stakeholder decision management software that streamlines approvals by eliminating follow-ups and email chains. Using a single shareable link, stakeholders access decisions directly in their browser, voting in seconds without creating accounts or installing apps. Settle automates the approval cycle with invitations, reminders, and deadline enforcement, generating timestamped records of outcomes. The software supports customizable decision rules like majority voting or unanimity. Teams can attach follow-up actions that stakeholders complete via the same link. Done Cards document outcomes when actions are finished. Features include workspace branding, client and project labels, decision templates, and exportable histories. Privacy is maintained with shareable result cards that hide email addresses. Notification preferences let team members customize updates.
