Setora Reviews & Product Details

Setora replaces the fragmented, overpriced software stack that barbershops and grooming businesses are forced to assemble today. Instead of paying for separate booking, POS, CRM, and analytics tools - each with their own login, their own fees, and their own data silo, Setora consolidates everything into a single platform. Built specifically for UK barbershops and service businesses, Setora includes online booking with a public customer-facing portal, automated email reminders, staff scheduling with per-barber availability, customer records with full booking history, payment collection via Stripe, configurable cancellation and deposit policies, no-show tracking, walk-in kiosk support, multi-location management, and revenue reporting. SMS reminders are available through pay-as-you-go credits or monthly SMS plans, charged separately from the platform subscription. Pricing is simple: £39/month per location. Unlimited staff, unlimited bookings, every core feature included. No commissions on bookings, no per-user fees, no marketplace cuts, no hidden charges. You own your data - full customer export is always available. Setora is designed for barbershop owners who want professional software without professional software pricing. One price, everything included, no surprises.
