What do you dislike about Sessions Health?

I wasn’t happy with the telehealth application in Sessions Health. It didn’t allow me to host a session while also navigating a client’s chart in another tab without disrupting the session. For note-taking and other paperwork, it’s important for me to be able to use the telehealth service and access a client’s chart at the same time, and this setup didn’t support that.
