ServiceJi Reviews & Provider Details

ServiceJi is a managed IT services and IT outsourcing provider delivering 24/7/365 service desk, help desk, cloud, application and infrastructure support to organisations worldwide. We help businesses extend, enhance or completely outsource their IT support operation through flexible service models designed around their users, systems, SLAs and operating hours. ServiceJi can operate as an extension of an existing internal IT team, provide out-of-hours or overflow coverage, or deliver a fully managed outsourced service desk. Our services include L1–L3 technical support, incident and service request management, end-user help desk support, application support, cloud support, DevOps and managed infrastructure services. Our teams can work within existing ITSM and ticketing environments and align delivery with defined escalation procedures, service levels, reporting requirements and governance standards. ServiceJi combines UK-led governance with experienced delivery teams in India, providing organisations with access to skilled technical resources while reducing the cost and complexity of maintaining equivalent in-house coverage. Support can be structured around dedicated, shared or hybrid teams and scaled according to changing business requirements. We support organisations requiring standard business-hours coverage, out-of-hours IT support, overflow capacity, follow-the-sun support or continuous 24/7/365 service. ServiceJi’s service desk and help desk operations are ITIL-aligned and focused on measurable performance, including response and resolution times, SLA achievement, ticket management and end-user satisfaction. Since 2005, ServiceJi has provided outsourced technical support services to clients internationally. Our objective is to give organisations reliable, scalable and cost-effective managed IT support while allowing their internal technology teams to concentrate on higher-value strategic work.
