So it takes a lot of data and allows users to manage the model and outputs at whatever level of aggregation they want. 2) Configurations, settings, and overrides can easily be done at any level of aggregation. This makes it difficult to look at certain kinds of data together. For example looking at stock targets, proposals, historical demand and the forecast in the same view is not possible. (Or would require customization). 2) There are also a couple screens where the filtering is very limited, making it difficult to work on particular slices of business. 3) TG generally discourages users from creating and editing batch jobs since they are complicated. Benefits: A significant improvement in forecast accuracy, a direct linkage from forecast to supply plan, automated and sophisticated inventory management processes, improving in-stocks, better control over service, and a substantially reduced workload for the team.
